“What a lovely person - I’d give her 100 stars if that were an option. To explain, I had to go into my office LAST minute and at 1230 am it was my first time using this app and I posted requests for someone to basically dog sit for the same day- she was immediately responsive even though it was a last minute request. I saw she had already gotten consistent great reviews and I was worried to leave my 7 week old shih tsu (like a baby) with anyone ) -Jameeka she handles all dog ages - she was responsive, kept me updated throughout the day. I even got stuck in traffic on the way for pick up and was late she was fine. The top 3 reasons I give Jameeka 5 stars is because 1) she is the opposite of stressful and worked with my unique needs, 2) she has great communication skills snd 3) it is clear she is an expert - my puppy was returned perfectly she gave me some updates and my puppy was happy and fell right asleep because Jameeka ensured my puppy got play time and exercise time - thank you !”

About: Hello everyone! My name is Iwona and I love all pets, especially dogs. I live right across the street from Forest Park, a huge park in Queens. Therefore, your dogs will be getting plenty of quality walks with me. Inside my house, there is lots of of space for your dog to roam free. I am home most of the week therefore I am flexible with appointments and your dog will not be lonely. I look forward to discussing an arrangement that works for you and your dog! I’m currently home most of the days and can provide potty breaks every 2 hours. I have plenty of time to play and take care of the pets. I have an unfenced yard, but I prefer short/long walks in the park (depending on the dogs needs). Dogs are fed according to their owners instructions, usually twice a day.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 6. Right across the street from a dog park (Irving Square). My corgi Taco loves new friends! I’m home all day as a freelance photographer. They will get a lot of love and attention!! I’ll also take pictures of your pet throughout the day. I live alone with my corgi so any pets that come will be able to play and enjoy their day in the apartment. They are welcome to play on the couch, lay in bed, have fun with Taco.

Because of her, I have experience with pregnant mothers and newborns. My knack for leash and obedience training came from her as well. I used to manage a dog daycare in Brooklyn and run my own dog walking business back in the day. Now I work from home and have all the time in the world to hang out with dogs! Growing up, my parents had a malamute, a Dalmatian, a lab/setter mix, and a lab/pittie mix. I raised these dogs with my father and learned to care for animals starting from a very young age. My father was a professional dog trainer in Southern California and worked specifically with rescues from kill shelters and aggressive dogs. He taught me everything he knew about training them. Though my first encounters with dogs had been bigger breeds, I found a warm spot in my heart for small breeds I met when I moved to the city. I love all dogs. Our house is perfect for your pet because it is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood with its own private backyard. There aren't too many rules here. There are five steps leading up to the house and five steps to the backyard. If your dog is older or has joint issues, this may be worth a consideration. I am experienced and capable to help dogs up and down stairs, but it may not be the best fit if it would stress your pup out. In a perfect world, we could make the arrangements for our dogs to meet at a dog park nearby before the boarding dates, but I realize that everyone has busy schedules and that may not always be possible. At the very least, I would like to meet you and your dog beforehand. I offer a pickup and drop-off service for an additional fee and introduce my dogs to new dogs on neutral territory with a long walk. I have been doing this professionally since 2015. The amenities in my space, my extensive experience, and the wonderful time your pup will have with us are what make staying with us extra special. It truly is your pup's second home. Hope you choose to board with us! I have pets so it is built into my routine and since I work from home, we can keep a regular schedule. I feed them twice a day and walk them twice a day and let them out for breaks in the yard throughout the day. I have a fenced yard with dog friendly plants that dogs can hang out in. Sadie and Phil are always able to make a pup feel comfortable away from home.

Walking her for 7 days a week a couple times a day helping an elderly woman. That’s when I learned I wanted more experience with animals especially dogs. I also stay in communication with pet owners to keep them updated and provide with pictures. For boarding in my home I also live next to a park which I bring the dogs to play and run around. I have prior experience in both dog & cat sitting as I have had friends, family, strangers, and rover clients who have entrusted their care in me with their pets. I've also worked with pets of all different kinds of personalities and with different needs, so I'd be happy to tend to any specific requests or needs. I also live with with my partner Cole, who may help if permitted / needed. For the more anxious pets who don't want to be alone, one of us is almost always home during the week to be with your loved one and give them the care and attention that they need. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! Flexible work from home schedule Mondays through Fridays. Weekend availability varies however, please reach out and I can let you know if me and/or Cole are free! Pets will get lots of love, care, and attention! They’ll receive walks, treats (if permitted), and play and/or cuddle time. While I unfortunately do not have a backyard, I am happy to take them on walks around the neighborhood.
