It was our first time leaving him with a sitter, so I was a little nervous. She kindly agreed to meet us beforehand, which immediately put us at ease. During the stay, she kept us updated with plenty of messages and photos, making it clear that Jesse was in great hands. She also left our home clean and organized. Jesse has a new friend, and I’m a happy dog mama.”

Rachael did such an incredible job watching my two frenchies, Dallas and Nix. They seemed to enjoy her energy and care and I came home to a beautifully clean house and happy dogs. That's all I can ask for. She sent regular pictures and updates and navigated any challenges on her own which I so appreciated. Cant wait to use her again when I travel again.
Sam was amazing! She helped out last minute to care for Bella and she was so sweet and patient! She was very attentive to all of Bella’s quirks and list I made for Bella. She not only was amazing caring for Bella but after staying in my place she left it just as you found it, which on top of her great care for Bella, was even more amazing! I really appreciate all she did and I felt completely at ease while away for a wedding!
My husband and I used Rover for the first time during a trip to Europe, and we were lucky enough to find Kassidy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! She went above and beyond to make sure our two cats were comfortable and well cared for, including daily playtime and even handling an unexpected bathroom cleanup. One of our cats is quite shy, but she came out of her shell much more than we would typically expect, while our more outgoing cat simply adored Kassidy—cuddles and all! I’m also a pretty anxious cat mom, and Kassidy did everything possible to put us at ease. She responded to every message right away, followed all of our instructions, offered to do more than was required, and sent detailed daily updates and photos of BOTH cats without us ever having to ask. We felt completely confident that they were safe, happy, and receiving plenty of attention while we were away. We will absolutely be booking Kassidy again in the future and couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking for a thoughtful, responsible, and genuinely caring pet sitter. I have an very elderly dog who has a few medications to manage and an appetite that comes and goes. MintZhet was excellent about not only taking care of my pup but keeping me updated and informed of how he was doing on a regular basis. It can be stressful to leave an aging dog with a new sitter, but I will definitely be asking MintZhet back to take care of my boy.
Maddie did a terrific job housesitting and watching our (high-maintenance) kitten for 10 days. She proactively took the time out of her own schedule to come meet us and get the lay of the land before our trip, and throughout was highly communicative, sending multiple pictures of her playing or cuddling with our happy little guy every single day. She left the house neat and tidy and even left us an adorable note on the kitchen table. We look forward to having her watch Rumble any time we can get her in the future!
Tom has watched our big dogs twice now and has been such a wonderful caretaker while we’re away! Our german shepherd and great dane love him and we can rest assured that they’re in the best hands. He even works on leash etiquette with our GSD! Super communicative and sends lots of updates too.
Rachel was excellent and took such good care of our pup! Very responsible, responsive, easy to work with and spent a lot of time/care with our dog, adapting to hot weather by shortening his walks down and keeping us updated. When we came home, she had also taken good care of our space. Would definitely book again!
Albert was amazing with our dog Ollie when he stayed at our house for 5 nights - he sent pictures and videos every day and stayed later than expected on the day we were scheduled to arrive home because our flight was delayed. Looking forward to booking again in the future!
We’re so happy with the care that Eden provided for our cat Eidee once again! Eden not only helped to make our anxious (and loud) cat feel comfortable during our vacation, but also dealt with non-cat related house sitting things with such grace, humor, and kindness. We had a big AC leak in our apartment on the last day due to the upstairs unit and Eden handled that like a pro, including cleaning up puddles, making sure Eidee was safe, and moving our electronics away.
