About: About me! Have had my cat Bo for 18 years, and also previously two Maine Coons. Currently have a second cat, Sydney, 3 years old, the second love of my life. Rescued an 11-year-old golden retriever in 2017. Have dog sat / cat sat / dog walked for family and friends for years, most recently a Rhodesian ridgeback and golden/lab mix in the West Village, and a husky/cattle dog and a chihuahua/Jack russell mix - both in Bushwick. I am reliable, friendly and easy going. I go the extra mile - not just in this but all things. I’ll do whatever in my power to care for your baby and make you feel comfortable. I get it - I’ve used this service. You want to know that the person is doing their part when and how they say, and that your dog/cat is in good hands. I’m also ok w messy jobs. I’ve cleaned up after my sisters bulldog/terrier mix Bonnie when she’s pooped all over the house Bc her stomach was upset :/ From Las Vegas/California, college educated (BA in journalism / polysci). I’m an actor, writer & remote worker. I currently work part-time, fully from home, and my schedule is flexible. With a bit of notice I should be able to accommodate most requests. Thank you for enquiring! I can do both in terms of pets in my home / clients home. As long as your animal is OK w a cat, they can stay at mine, but happy to dog/cat sit from your place as well.
About: Hi! My name is Sara and I love dogs. My two rescues and I live in a four family house in Glendale with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to play. Sadie and Philly love to have pals over and love making new friends. Dog handling is in my blood. My grandmother was a breeder and trainer for Guide Dogs of America. Because of her, I have experience with pregnant mothers and newborns. My knack for leash and obedience training came from her as well. I used to manage a dog daycare in Brooklyn and run my own dog walking business back in the day. Now I work from home and have all the time in the world to hang out with dogs! Growing up, my parents had a malamute, a Dalmatian, a lab/setter mix, and a lab/pittie mix. I raised these dogs with my father and learned to care for animals starting from a very young age. My father was a professional dog trainer in Southern California and worked specifically with rescues from kill shelters and aggressive dogs. He taught me everything he knew about training them. Though my first encounters with dogs had been bigger breeds, I found a warm spot in my heart for small breeds I met when I moved to the city. I love all dogs. Our house is perfect for your pet because it is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood with its own private backyard. There aren't too many rules here. There are five steps leading up to the house and five steps to the backyard. If your dog is older or has joint issues, this may be worth a consideration. I am experienced and capable to help dogs up and down stairs, but it may not be the best fit if it would stress your pup out. In a perfect world, we could make the arrangements for our dogs to meet at a dog park nearby before the boarding dates, but I realize that everyone has busy schedules and that may not always be possible. At the very least, I would like to meet you and your dog beforehand. I offer a pickup and drop-off service for an additional fee and introduce my dogs to new dogs on neutral territory with a long walk. I have been doing this professionally since 2015. The amenities in my space, my extensive experience, and the wonderful time your pup will have with us are what make staying with us extra special. It truly is your pup's second home. Hope you choose to board with us! I have pets so it is built into my routine and since I work from home, we can keep a regular schedule. I feed them twice a day and walk them twice a day and let them out for breaks in the yard throughout the day. I have a fenced yard with dog friendly plants that dogs can hang out in. Sadie and Phil are always able to make a pup feel comfortable away from home.
“Thank you for looking after the fur baby. On our way home he kept trying to go back into the building because we left his new friends behind. Safe the say he wants to come back! :)”

“He was very kind to our baby, she left seemingly happy and he was also very kind to us as people. He kept us up to date and even ask questions to get to know our baby. Definitely recommend.”

About: I really think I have quite a bit of experience with pets. As I was growing up, I had several at the same time and I took care of them all at once and with a lot of love. I had a rabbit, two cats, and a dog. I'm currently available every day, and regarding the schedule, I think we can discuss that between ourselves and decide. I would love to work for you, and I'm eager to meet your lovely pet. I live in a decent apartment, not too big but cozy, and my biggest advantage is that I live across from a park and close to a pet shop.

“Dayana was amazing with Charley, she was content and tired by the time I picked her up which is perfect! Dayana was easy to communicate with and incredibly friendly!”

“Alexandra is truly such a wonderful sitter! My dog pulls me down the street when I drop her off for daycare because she is so excited to see Alexandra. Alexandra is very responsive throughout the day and will send updates, so I can rest assured that my dog is in great hands. I highly recommend!”

“Jasmil took such great care of my puppy Flurry. She went above and beyond in ensuring he had a wonderful time playing and going on walks. She sent updates throughout the day and I could tell from her photos Jasmil and her family made Flurry feel welcome and at home. Truly appreciate you Jasmil! You made this process completely stress-free! Will definitely be reaching out to you again in the future.”

Teresa took great care of Miki to make sure she was comfortable, which we appreciate because we just recently moved to the area and adjusting to a new place is already stressful enough! Teresa is consistently responsive, considerate about timeliness, and also communicative about how Miki’s doing. We look forward to booking Teresa again for doggy daycare in the future.

Sara accepted our last minute request to take care of our doggo Frankie. She has been the kindest and cared for our pup as if he’a her own :) She also has two pups at home so Frankie felt more confident being around his kind ahha. I would recommend her to everyone: responsive, reliable, caring— full package! Thank you Sara!

Kayla was wonderful to our Tonton. She offered meet & greet ahead of the stay and even knows how to deal with Tonton's anxiety. He warmed up to her pretty fast with her approach which rarely happens and she constantly sent us updates throughout Tonton's stay. We could tell from the videos and photos that Tonton enjoyed his time with Kayla. We are very satisfied and would book her again!

Kaylee is so kind and accommodating. I brought my dog to her home for daycare and he was under the weather the whole time but Kaylee made him feel so loved and cared for. She truly treats them like family and makes them feel at home. My dog Frankie didn’t want to leave after I picked him up :)

I highly recommend my puppy's babysitter! He is incredibly kind, patient, and caring. My puppy absolutely loves spending time with him, which gives me great peace of mind whenever I'm away. He regularly sends videos and pictures throughout the day, keeping me updated and reassured that my puppy is happy, safe, and well cared for. It's clear that he genuinely enjoys working with dogs and treats them like family. I am very grateful for the excellent care and communication he provides and would gladly trust him with my puppy again.

Shane was fantastic with Achachairú! I needed last-minute (aka hooked at 11pm the day before) daycare while my fiancée was having surgery, and Shane was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and easy to coordinate with throughout the day. He kept me updated on how Achachairú was doing, letting me know when he settled in, played with his beagle, went for a walk, and spent time relaxing. It was clear that Achachairú was comfortable and well cared for. Despite some uncertainty around our pickup time due to hospital delays, Shane was flexible and responsive. I would absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.

Exceptional service! Bruno stayed with her for several hours, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. She was kind, professional, responsible, and very attentive to his needs. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that Bruno was in such caring and capable hands. I could tell that Bruno was well cared for and treated with love. I would absolutely trust her with him again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Thank you for the amazing service.

I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. Amanda was incredibly caring, and sweet, not only with my dog, but also with me throughout the whole process. She was patient, communicative, and clearly genuinely loves animals. My dog clearly felt safe and happy with her, which meant everything to me. She kept me updated and went above and beyond to make sure both of us had a smooth experience. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy, responsible, and kind. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking for someone reliable and compassionate to care for their pet.
