About: I grew up in somewhat of a menagerie in south Florida where we had lots of property and animals like 5 Akitas, a ring tailed lemur, a kinkajou, 2 house cats and 2 big cats (lynx & bobcat). I am no stranger to rolling up my sleeves at home or for my clients. I've cared for pets internationally in Morocco and domestically in NYC. As a natural caregiver and as a clinical social worker I have the highest standards when it comes to those in my charge. I currently work remotely on a part time basis as a recruiter and a caregiver for my grandmother. We have a full house with support coming from many directions and I am looking for a way to make a little extra cash while spending time with animals. My grandmother and husband would prefer not to have a permanent pet, so this is a great compromise. As a clinical social worker I take my work with humans and pets very seriously. It's a mission and I took an oath as an MSW graduate to do my best for all in my charge. My home is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Jackson Heights near a dog park. My home is secure, comes with a backyard and is very clean. Nothing would please me more than to have a furry guest from time to time.

About: I've been into pet care since I fell in love with my family dog at 8 years old. Since then I've been heavily involved with animal care throughout my life. Starting off with my own animals and then taking care of neighbors animals led me on this path a career choice. Animals give unconditional love and spread happiness to everyone around them, I just want to be be part of the care that goes into helping keep these lovely creatures alive and well. About: I have had pets since you were little so I have always had this initiative to be able to take care of them, love them and understand them. However, I worked as a groomer in a small store so I have been able to acquire more knowledge about their care and how important it is to keep them healthy, clean and healthy. As a current multi-pet owner with a mini poodle and a rescue cat, I am an expert at managing a happy, harmonious home and catering to different personality types. What sets my care apart is the activity level and location. I live just 20 feet from one park and a 5-minute walk from another, making outdoor time effortless. My schedule is built around your pet's needs: when I'm home, they get four walks a day, and even on my office days, they are guaranteed three solid walks with plenty of park time. My home is a true 'pet paradise'—fully stocked with a massive variety of dog and cat toys to suit any play style, from high-energy fetch to interactive puzzle games. I also treat your pets like my own by exclusively serving ZeroWater filtered water for premium hydration. I am highly observant, deeply responsible, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, active, and loved. My weekly routine is highly structured to guarantee your pet gets plenty of regular exercise and potty breaks. Since I work from home on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I am able to take dogs out for four walks a day (morning, lunch break, evening, and right before bed). On Mondays and Thursdays when I go into the office, I still ensure they get three solid walks (a long morning walk, an evening walk, and one right before sleep). I am always home for overnight boarding, and my weekends are fully open for even more playtime and park visits! Because I am a pet owner myself with a dog and a cat, my home is fully set up for animal safety. My environment is supervised, and I am particularly careful about keeping curious pets away from indoor plants or other hazards. I provide a calm, structured space where your pet can relax while I work from my home office. I also believe in total transparency and will send you frequent photo and video updates so you can see your pet enjoying their time, whether we're playing fetch at the park or lounging at home. To ensure every guest feels at home, I provide multiple dog beds in various sizes throughout the apartment. This allows each dog to have their own dedicated space to retreat to and relax, which is especially helpful for pups who might be a little timid at first!
