About: I grew up in somewhat of a menagerie in south Florida where we had lots of property and animals like 5 Akitas, a ring tailed lemur, a kinkajou, 2 house cats and 2 big cats (lynx & bobcat). I am no stranger to rolling up my sleeves at home or for my clients. I've cared for pets internationally in Morocco and domestically in NYC. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 2 decades. I’ve helped train dogs, provided prescribed medication, assisted in emergencies and give lots of puppy pats. I’ve worked with 15- year-old chihuahuas and 6 month old Labrador puppies without any issue or worry. Overall, I’ve been a pet owner and understand how important it is to feel comfortable putting your dog in a new situation. So I’m happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. My main priority is that your pet is safe, comfortable and cared for until your return. I’m a freelancer and I usually can work remotely, so I have the freedom to schedule my week as I see fit. That means I can take dogs out multiple times in a day, without it disrupting my schedule. In my home, I live in an apartment which means I take dogs out every 2 hours. Depending on their size and energy I take longer or shorter walks. And at other people homes I’m happy to follow specific instructions but, as my own set of rules, I make sure to clean any messes I find on the property, if a vacuum is available I’m happy to vacuum hair/fur, especially if the pet owner is away for more than 5 days, I’m always available to communicate if any owner wants to check in with me and of course I’m happy to face time if you’d like to check in on your pet. I usually send and end of day message with a picture of your pup and a review of our day.

About: The first dog that I fell in love with was Charlie, my best friend’s beagle. I cared for him for weeks at a time, and that’s when I realized how much I enjoy looking after dogs. Since then, I’ve had the chance to care for several pets, both on and off the books, and each experience has made me love it even more. About: Growing up in Peru, I started to take care of dogs of every kind since I was 8 years old. I would always feed stray dogs, and whenever they saw me, they would run to me, and we would create memories together. At the age of 15, my mom brought me a beloved companion who is now 17 years old. “I was a last-minute request and Jennifer and her husband were able to help me out in a pinch for a work event that was gonna have me away all day from morning until past bedtime!! normally Harry is a crazy anxious mess if I am away for two hours, but he hasn’t seen me from 8:30 AM to 9:45 PM and he’s calm and relaxed and happy and I feel good cause I’m tired and I had a long day and I just had such peace of mind and didn’t worry !! I knew Harry was in such good hands Jennifer and her husband kept in touch with me with photos and reassured me and they really just Harry took to them so easily! Like he is so relaxed I never see this from him. If I’m even away for a few hours this is hysterical!!! thank you so much.
