“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lillian and Picasso! They were incredibly compassionate, patient, and caring while watching Ozzie, my very shy and timid boy. From the start, they took the time to earn Ozzie’s trust, never rushing the process and always respecting what he was comfortable with. Lillian’s responsiveness was also outstanding—I always felt at ease knowing that Ozzie was in such attentive hands and she shared so many updates with me. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands and cares for animals the way Lillian does. Picasso was also such a sweet doggy coach, letting Ozzie know everything was okay and giving him lots of attention and comfort during his stay. We have a nervous, 95 lb pup and I’m a nervous dog mom - Dominique took so much time to make us both feel comfortable for Saint’s first boarding - sending tons of pictures and always staying in touch. Dominique also walks Saint once a week (so we could make sure our nervous pup was prepared for this boarding) and Saint absolutely adores them. Saint almost never gets excited to see “strangers”, but when Dominique comes to pick her up, Saint thinks she’s hanging out with her best friends. There’s days Saint knows Dominique will be coming for her walk, and she’ll sit by the door waiting, given how Saint is super shy, seeing her look forward to a friend coming over like this makes me so happy. Dominique knows dogs, with a background in dog training, they knew exactly how to make Saint feel comfortable in no time at all (Dominique was “friends” with Saint within five minutes of her first walk!!). We would recommend Dominique without hesitation to anyone in the area.”

I’m so grateful for Monica! Ice Bear unfortunately got sick during her stay, and Monica was so sweet and attentive throughout the whole situation. She even took Ice Bear to the vet and made sure she was getting the care she needed. She kept me updated with detailed messages, which I really appreciated, especially since I was away and couldn’t be there myself. It really meant a lot knowing Ice Bear was with someone who genuinely cared about her well being. Monica went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for someone better to look after Ice Bear. Gabby has watched my dog Halo at least 6-10 times! She and her partner are wonderful sitters! They also took in my two cats once or twice. It’s amazing for me to see my whole animal crew playing with other pets she is watching. It’s like one big happy family. All the animals and other peoples dogs look so friendly and even my dog looks so calm and comfortable. I’ll be using Gabby as my trusted sitter for a long time!
Josh was a wonderful sitter for my senior girl, Lucy! Like most dogs, especially older dogs, she has her quirks and he was able to handle it all. He was very responsive the whole time and easy to coordinate and work with. I didn’t have to worry too much about whether she was in good hands when I was away. I would gladly rebook with Josh!
Kristi took such wonderful care of my dogs while I was away on my trip! When I returned, both of my dogs were happy, clean, well-fed, and clearly very well cared for. She went above and beyond by taking them on daily walks, bringing them to the park, and even taking my Chihuahua on a little adventure to Brooklyn! She also kept me updated with photos throughout my trip, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that my dogs were comfortable, happy, and genuinely loved while in her care. Shehzad and his wife were wonderful with our dog Rosie, and we'd book them again in a heartbeat. At our meet and greet, they showed us around their apartment and the building, took time to get to know Rosie, and asked questions about her routine and personality. While we were away, they sent photos, videos, and updates. On our return day, our flight was delayed and traffic was heavy, so we arrived much later than planned. They were incredibly patient and understanding. When we picked Rosie up, they filled us in on how she'd done during her stay. They genuinely care about the dogs they look after. Highly recommended!
My senior frenchie had a great time with Bruno and Victoria’s family! They kept me updated with a ton of photos and updates (my dog needs to take 4 medications a day and needs some extra attention due to her medical issues). They have a really nice space, Bambi was almost always around someone, and I had zero worries while I was on the west coast for 6 days.
I had great communication with Janet throughout the entire process. We did a meet and greet before the stay, and she asked thoughtful questions beforehand to really get to know Isabella. During the stay, she shared lots of photos and videos, which appreciated. Isabella adjusted quickly to the environment and became buddies with her dogs.
Not sure where to begin.. Irina is AMAZING! She was so caring of my dog, so attentive and kind. Provided me with constant updates throughout each day with lots of fun photos and videos. Genuinely went above and beyond from every aspect. When I got my dog back he was super clean, healthy, happy and smiling which even moreso tells me he really enjoyed his stay with her. I can go on and on about how great our experience was, but you should definitely try it for yourselves and see. Thank you again so much for all the love and care you provided us! 💕
