Given that I was a first time dog parent and had recently adopted Benji, I was nervous about boarding him so early on during Benji’s decompression period. Eric was great with communication - he agreed to meet Benji prior to the boarding date so Benji could be familiar with him. He also provided my husband and I photos/videos of Benji daily. From the very beginning, both Sayarlin and her husband were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with our "big boy", who think he is a Chihuahua. One thing I especially appreciated is that they have access to an outdoor space in New York, allowing Lio to get fresh air and feel comfortable outside of the apartment setting. Haana is the best. Was so thankful as I requested very last minute. She spoils my dog with long walks, lots of cuddles, and makes him chicken and eggs as treats. She sends the cutest daily updates with plenty of pics and videos. Will continue to use her - highly recommend!!!
Anastasia is both warm and competent. Karlie loved her, and we felt completely comfortable knowing she was in good hands. Anastasia made sure she received her medications as needed and took great care of her throughout our time away. We’re so grateful for Anastasia and will definitely use her again—in fact, she’s already on the calendar for Karlie’s next stay! Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Kamil! She is reliable and took wonderful care of our dogs while we were out of town for over a week. She kept us updated throughout our trip and sent plenty of pictures, which gave us peace of mind. We would definitely use her again!
5/5. Johann boarded Chowder at his place and made the whole thing easy. He picked Chowder up and dropped him off, which took a real logistics headache off my plate, and he kept me updated throughout with the kind of messages you actually want: that Chowder had settled in quickly and was doing well. Chowder is a young, energetic pit mix who gets anxious when left alone, and Johann handled him with patience and took him on multiple walks each day, so he came home tired and happy rather than stressed. He clearly treated him like his own. I'd book Johann again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone with a high-energy dog.
Agnes took great care of our puppy while we were out of town! She gave frequent and thorough updates and was enthusiastic during our interactions :) I felt comfortable knowing our pup was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Agnes to care for your beloved pets!
Ryan was an excellent sitter for my senior dog, Maui, who was going through a stomach issue under his care. Ryan was very caring, professional, and easygoing. informative updates, stress free communication, and top notch care, I felt like my dog was safe, looked after, and well loved under his care. You can tell that Ryan understands dogs and puts a lot of effort into their care. Will definitely book again.
Iliana was absolutely amazing with Kylo! From the moment I dropped him off, her communication was top tier. I received updates every morning, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. What really stood out to me was how attentive she was to Kylo’s needs. She even took the time to take care of his eye and make sure he was comfortable. Erand is fantastic! My spouse and I left for a two week trip and had to leave Coco bean behind. Erand took such great care of our little guy. It gave us so much peace during our trip, especially with this being our first time away from our pup. He sent photos everyday. We dealt with a lot of delays with our return flight, Erand was so flexible and helped us take care of Coco for an additional night. We will be booking with Erand here on out.
