About: Hi there! Yes that is me with cats of Istanbul, where I grew up, and lived most of my life before I came to New York. I love animals because they are honest, pure with their expression of love and appreciation. They live the day as if there is no tomorrow, which personally is something I can look up to. All my life I have been surrounded by multiple pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, snails... now I have two cats, whom I get sad whenever I am away from. I understand how important and emotional it is to find a good sitter when we cannot be around, someone to take care of them as if their own. About: Since I was a child I have been surrounded by pets, I had ducks, dogs and cats in my country, I belonged to animal foundations in Colombia, I was always a volunteer to help homeless animals. Once I came to the United States I saw pet care as an opportunity to work on something I really enjoy. I always take care of them just as if they were my own pets, for me it is important that they feel safe also make them have fun, their outings and their meals are fundamental. About: Hi, I'm Olta! I live in a spacious studio apartment on the third floor of a pet friendly building (no elevators) in Astoria. I am few blocks from Astoria Park. I have always taken care of my friend's dogs and cats, so I come with a lot of experience. I love animals but can't have one right now. Your dog and cat will get plenty of individual attention, since I only take one dog or cat at a time. I'm also available to walk your dog or housesit at your place if that's what you need. I am a morning person so I wake up early for my workout. I spend the day working as a freelance designer or taking various online class depending on what interests me. My evenings are free to play with your dog or cat. During the night I would either go out locally or watch a movie. I have a spacious studio apartment with a separate kitchen space. While I am at home, your dog or cat will be free to room throughout the space. I do not allow dogs in my bed. I do have a separate large sofa that your pet can use. About: I've taken care of dogs (yorkie, cockard spaniels, Pekingese, poodles) since I was 9. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! “We were very nervous about leaving our foster dog with new people; she's a lovely girl, but has some issues which need careful handling. Heather made the whole process easy, dealt beautifully with Lola and left us feeling relaxed and confident throughout our trip. She sent regular updates, and Lola quite clearly loved her time in the Puppy Chill Zone :-)”
