“I have to say, this is my first experience with Rover. I was leary at first leaving my Cat with anyone, but Robin made me feel so comfortable. Robin answers quickly and provides pics and updates all along. When I contacted Robin, she came over for a meet and greet and Callie was paying no mind to her. It was nice to see in the pic that Callie allowed her to get close. Callie is very shy and doesn't like to come out of hiding. Dayanara was so helpful and was able to watch our dog, Ginger, for a last minute booking. She sent updates, included photos, throughout each day. It was good to know that Ginger was being cared for while we were away. This was our second booking with her and we hope to use her services again in the future.
It was my first time leaving my 12 year old dog with Abi. We had a meet and greet at her house where she answered all of my many questions and my dog got a chance to sniff and look around. On the day I dropped him off, I was worried that he might not get along well with the other dogs she was hosting. She took videos and sent them right away that showed him playing nicely. She put my mind at ease. She immediately answered my texts asking if he ate, and when I went to pick him up, she brought all of his stuff out to my car for me.
Ingrid and her family took care of Max like he was one of their own. He was with them for a full week while we were on vacation. We received multiple pictures and videos everyday. He was able to socialize with the other dogs in their care. We were very grateful of their care of Max and will definitely look to board Max with them again.
If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Tesaira has been literally the biggest help and also the best of a friend to my son during this time!! He’s truly having a blast and has truly been happy with his time spent with her!! She’s literally the best! So communicative and very understanding! My favorite forever!
Jahleel came through for our pup Leo last minute and was reliable throughout the whole booking. I would say that he did care for multiple dogs during our boarding stay, so if you’d prefer 1 to 1 care for your fur baby, discuss that with him first. Overall, it was the care we needed.
