Diamond's stay was amazing, he had lots of fun which we could tell by all the photos that were sent to us. He was loved and taken very good care of for the week. Sam is also a great communicator which was very important to us because Diamond can be a little particular and a picky eater. “I have to say, this is my first experience with Rover. I was leary at first leaving my Cat with anyone, but Robin made me feel so comfortable. Robin answers quickly and provides pics and updates all along. When I contacted Robin, she came over for a meet and greet and Callie was paying no mind to her. It was nice to see in the pic that Callie allowed her to get close. Callie is very shy and doesn't like to come out of hiding. Seeing pics of Callie checking out the premises gave me such a sigh of relief. I definitely recommend Robin for your fur babies.”

After almost two years of not seeing my baby, Ingrid and her family welcomed her back into their home with open arms! My girl had a few new changes to her health since they last saw her and they didn’t even miss a beat with accommodating her and caring for her just as they did before. Ingrid sent lots of pictures and videos and my baby was visibly happy staying with her and her family for the weekend. Can’t thank them enough for giving me the peace of mind that she’ll be taken care of the same way I would take care of her while I was away! Ingrid will absolutely treat your pet like her own!! Vanessa extremely communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos which I love! Her and her partner took my baby out in the woods for walks and followed all of my instructions carefully. They are also right near JFK, so they are an easy drop off/pickup when you’re traveling through there! Your dog will certainly get lots of affection with them
Dayan is amazing she took care of my dog like it was hers pet every day I texts and updates of how my babe (dog) was doing and my dog is a rescue dog and he’s now a senior dog she took great care with him to the point where I felt comfortable while on vacation. Dayan is a great person thank you for looking after my dog max.
Once again, I was worry and stress free leaving Lucas in the care of Caitlyn and family. They are so kind and caring with Lucas. He is particular and has specific needs which they are able to accommodate. I received updates, pics and stayed informed of his care during our time away. Dayanara was so helpful and was able to watch our dog, Ginger, for a last minute booking. She sent updates, included photos, throughout each day. It was good to know that Ginger was being cared for while we were away. This was our second booking with her and we hope to use her services again in the future.
If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Tesaira has been literally the biggest help and also the best of a friend to my son during this time!! He’s truly having a blast and has truly been happy with his time spent with her!! She’s literally the best! So communicative and very understanding! My favorite forever!
