“I have to say, this is my first experience with Rover. I was leary at first leaving my Cat with anyone, but Robin made me feel so comfortable. Robin answers quickly and provides pics and updates all along. When I contacted Robin, she came over for a meet and greet and Callie was paying no mind to her. It was nice to see in the pic that Callie allowed her to get close. Callie is very shy and doesn't like to come out of hiding. Prior to the actual boarding days, Grace suggested a “meet & greet” in order to have the dogs become familiar with her as well as the home environment. This respectful and humane approach to transition Rocky and Brooklyn allowed for them to build a rapport with her. Throughout ALL our interaction, Grace is truly a professional, knowledgeable, and loving dog sitter. During Rocky and Brooklyn’s stay at Grace’s home, we received daily pictures and updates about their well being. She was very interactive and playful with the doggies giving us great peace of mind. After almost two years of not seeing my baby, Ingrid and her family welcomed her back into their home with open arms! My girl had a few new changes to her health since they last saw her and they didn’t even miss a beat with accommodating her and caring for her just as they did before. Vanessa extremely communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos which I love! Her and her partner took my baby out in the woods for walks and followed all of my instructions carefully. They are also right near JFK, so they are an easy drop off/pickup when you’re traveling through there! Your dog will certainly get lots of affection with them
This was my first time using Rover and working with this team. I am happy to say I had a great experience. I had to travel for a week and I am happy to say that all my nerves were gone when I received updates (pictures and videos) of my dog and when I constantly got immediate responses from the team through text.
