Margarita is very accommodating to a few emergencies that have popped up for me and is willing to work with you to give your pet the best accommodation. “I would like to start by saying, in general I am a skeptical person who does not trust people with my dog because like others, my dog is my child. With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. Aviel was amazing with our large, leash reactive dog. We left her for 11 nights and knew she was in great hands the whole time. He took excellent care of her and she warmed up to him right away. He sent lots of pics/video updates throughout. We would highly recommend Aviel to anyone! His neighborhood is also very calm and quiet, which is great for a reactive dog like mine :)
Anna was absolutely amazing! She watched our Goldendoodle, Zoie, for a full week and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly reliable, communicative, and caring, and it was clear from the start that Zoie was in great hands. We had complete peace of mind while we were away, and came home to a very happy and well cared for dog. Zoie absolutely loved her, and we’ll definitely be using Anna again.
My dog who has fear aggression went to Lynn for a half day yesterday. Lynn suggested this so she could see how Oakley would be with her for a few hours. Thankfully all went well, I am very happy for Lynn’s caution and willing to go slowly so that everyone is comfortable and confident that we can set Oakley up for a positive boarding experience. She seems very open to listening to what Oakley’s preferences and behaviors are like.
Vanessa was open honest and personable. She shared how Max did each day and what he ate and did not eat. Max was happy to see me when I returned but he continued to show his affection for Vanessa. This showed me that he liked her as well. Thank you Vanessa for taking such good care of me and Max
I had to find a last-minute sitter for Romeo while I was away. He was initially staying with family, but due to some unexpected medical emergencies, we had to make other arrangements. I was so lucky to find Jun T., who took care of Romeo for 15 days. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Jun took wonderful care of Romeo, took him out for walks, and sent me pictures and videos every day along with regular updates. Knowing that Romeo was happy, safe, and well cared for gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I’ll admit I was a little nervous because of a previous bad experience with a Rover sitter, but I trusted Rover enough to give it another try. This time, I decided to look for someone a little farther from home and try a new environment for Romeo—and I’m so glad I did! I’m truly happy I found Jun T. He clearly has a genuine love for pets and treated Romeo with care and affection. I would absolutely use him again. Now I know that whenever I travel, Romeo has someone I can trust who will love and care for him as if he were his own. ❤️🐾
Kristi and her husband were phenomenal! Kristi was so understanding about a last minute, extended stay for Dom and Ellie, and is clearly a huge dog person. We got lots of updates, where it was clear they were having the best time, and they came home happy and healthy. Highly recommend!

Jacind was great with Milo! I needed someone to keep him overnight while I was busy with my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen, and she made everything so easy for me. She was very communicative, sent me pictures and updates throughout the night, and Milo seemed to warm up to her really quickly. I also really appreciated that she was able to pick Milo up from the venue and drop him back off the next morning. With everything I had going on that weekend, that was a huge help. I felt comfortable knowing Milo was in good hands, and I would definitely book with Jacind again!
Laura was very good with my boy, it was our first time being away from him for a few days and we were very nervous but Laura assured me that my boy was in good hands and indeed he was. I even ask to extend my baby stay for one more day and she was willing to accommodate as well. Will definitely book in the future!
Dominique was awesome with my pup. We did a meet and great with my dog before hand which was very considerate and reassuring. My pup was well taken care of while boarding. Abbie was fantastic watching our dog Mongchi overnight! She sent regular videos and pictures throughout the stay, so we always felt in the loop and could tell Mongchi was happy and comfortable in her care. He even got to play with her dog Peachy, and it was so sweet seeing them become friends — Mongchi had a blast! Drop-off and pick-up were both easy and stress-free. Abbie is communicative, caring, and it's obvious she genuinely loves the dogs she watches. We felt completely at ease leaving Mongchi with her. We'll definitely be booking with Abbie again!
