About: I’ve had dogs all my life! Love every furry friend I see! Beyond responsible and great with every breed! Can’t wait for your best friend to become my best friend! (If you need help with training I’d be more than happy to help with that too). I’m patient, responsible, supportive, give tons of attention and care. I’m great with all ages and breeds! Live by myself in a nice neighborhood with lots of great areas to walk and play, lots of grass parks and very safe. My apartment is a large 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house. I have a car as well if you need me to pickup and drop off. I mainly work from home and it’s extremely part time. You can basically say that I’m retired. I’m usually always available, my home is the perfect place for your dog! I have a fenced yard with plenty of grass. I live in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in NYC. I don’t have any pets at the moment, unfortunately my Shmoopy passed away of old age recently :(

About: Hello! We are RuthAnn and Brandon, a husband and wife duo of lifelong dog lovers. We know that your dog isn’t just a pet… they are FAMILY! That’s why when your pup stays with us they aren’t just “guest dogs” they become a part of our family too. Plus there’s two of us so this means TWICE the love and attention of a regular sitter :) A little bit about us: We are the proud “aunt and uncle” to our family dogs, West and Sadie. We’ve added them to our profile so you can get to know more about them there. While they don’t live with us they visit us often and they are very friendly, so if they happen to be over during your pups stay, that just means more friends to play with! I am currently a nursing student in my last semester and my husband works in sales! So one of the biggest perks of booking with us is that our schedules are flexible. At least one of us is always home. So your pup will have constant companionship, potty breaks and plenty of belly rubs thought the day. We also have a large fully fenced yard that’s perfect for zoomies or a game of fetch! We want you to have total peace of mind when you book with us, so we offer meet and greets prior to booking, as well as regular updates, photos and videos of all the fun your dog is having. We can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! Seamlessly because we are home based and flexible. Between the two of us, your dog will have constant supervision and a routine tailored to their needs! We live in a fully fenced home so your pup has full access to a safe fenced yard for supervised play of course. Because Brandon and I are home, your pup gets a perfect balance of activity and rest. We follow your specific feeding and medications to a T (we know how important this is) and we love to provide plenty of belly rubs and cuddles on the couch. We keep a tidy dog proofed home and we keep fresh water available at all times!! We are a team that’s big on communication so you’ll receive daily updates with photos and videos so you can see exactly what your baby is up to. If your dog enjoys company, we love to facilitate play, if they are on the shyer more timid side and prefer one on one time, we can accommodate for that as well.

Our fur baby had his first daycare stay with Ruth-Anne and Brandon. Before his first daycare, we had a meet-and-greet, and both Ruth-Anne & Brandon were very easy to talk to. They answered our questions and took the time to explain how they operate and what we could expect. During his stay, we received updates through pictures and messages, which was very reassuring. It looked like he had a nice, chill first day and came home doing well and happy. We’ll definitely book with Ruth-Anne and Brandon again!
We had such a wonderful experience with Juliana! Snowball stayed with Juliana while we attended US Open Fan Week, and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. Juliana was caring, attentive, and made sure Snowball was happy and well cared for. We especially loved receiving all the pictures and updates from Juliana throughout Snowball’s stay. It gave us so much peace of mind and made us feel like we were still a part of her day while we were away. This is my second time leaving Freckles (Pitbull/Bully Mix) over at Jonalynn’s house, they instantly connected and got along. To my surprise my dog got along with Romeo just fine, best buds. Romeo knows hows to behave and be around bigger dogs. Jonalynn updated me with pictures of Freckles and Romeo together playing, resting, window watching. She is also a huge life saver for last minute bookings, best dog sitter ever!
Robin was the BEST! She agreed to do a meet and greet with me and even brought her pups to meet my princess Honey. Even though I felt comfortable with her through our chats, meeting her in person beforehand put the cherry on top. Once booked, she took great care of of my Honey girl, sent so many photos and gave me cute updates while I was at work. This was my first booking and definitely will not be the last. Nataly has been watching our sweet Barkley for the past several years. He was 16, and she was so sweet with him and watched over him, when he suddenly passed yesterday. We will be forever grateful for all you have done for him. I will be leaving River after this post, but wanted let as many people know just how special Nataly is as a person, a dog-lover, and second mom to Barkley.
Jasmin is an insanely good dogsitter/doggy daycare caretaker. She was really respectful upon meetup and my dog, Ida, is usually scared and shy but she wasn't when we met jasmin. Upon receiving Ida she was very calm. Jasmin said that Ida slept very well and I certainly believe her. I will be using jasmin in the near future
I needed a sitter last minute for my dog and managed to find Nina. She’s friendly and professional, She took amazing care of Ziggy,she kept me updated throughout the day and it was a really good match. She took him on walks and played with him he was very happy and tired when I picked him up I will be booking with her again.
Ellison did an outstanding job walking my dog, Mr. President, and accommodating multiple needs on very short notice. From the very beginning, she took the time to come over and walk with me so she could fully understand his routine, temperament, and walking process. That extra effort made the transition seamless when I left her fully in control and responsible for his care. She handled everything with calm confidence and professionalism, and I felt completely comfortable trusting her. Communication was excellent throughout, including coordinating with my mom regarding Mr. President’s care and handling while I was away. It was clear she was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in doing things the right way. I truly appreciated her reliability and care during this time.
I really love the experience. It was my first time in Rover. I was in NY as a tourist and I was so tense about letting my little one. But Safiya is so nice and gentle and kind that I just relaxed the time I put my eyes on her. Her doggo Kanie is a bunch of joy. He is energetic, funny and warm. Safiya updated me every time, texting and sending me photos. Coco was relaxed and interacting with Safiya. In the second day, Coco just lead me to Safiya's door, wagging her tail. If you want a safe and warm place to let your little doggy, Safiya is amazing.
Aileen was extremely responsive and kind. Loha was great at her place and took a good nap as well. He was very comfortable and we were also very comfortable as she greeted us so kindly. It was a very short notice, but she was extremely accommodating as well. We would definitely see her again.!

Our dogs got along well on walks and at the park, but it turned out they weren’t the best match sharing a home, so future boarding won’t be a fit for us. I’d still recommend her if your dogs mesh well.
