About: I’ve taken care of three dogs since they were puppy. They were passed away, I had experience of taking care puppy and senior dogs too. About: Hi! I’ve always loved being around dogs. We lost our puggle a year ago, and I still miss the simple joys—going on walks, quiet moments, and lots of snuggles. While we’re not quite ready to welcome another dog of our own, caring for other people’s dogs feels like a meaningful way to share that love. I know how difficult it can be to find someone you truly trust with your dog. We had our puggle for over 10 years, so we understand dogs are family. About: For the past 4 years, I have volunteered at an animal shelter where I worked with both dogs and cats. With dogs, I have experience with all ages, ranging from 5 week old puppies to senior dogs. I have walked and played with dogs who were the most outgoing and loving dogs, as well as the more fearful ones who needed a little extra attention before opening up to me. I have received training in understanding dog behaviors as well as how to interact with more stressed and fearful dogs, leaving me confident to care for all types of dogs. I also volunteered to take some dogs out of the shelter for one night and care for them at my apartment so they can destress out of their kennels, which gave me experience house sitting multiple types of dogs. With cats, often times at the shelter I would play with them in their cages, or I would take them out the cage and hold onto/pet them to help relieve their stress and get them accustomed to humans. However, during the summer I don't work full time so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! For dogs, I have 3–4 spacious enclosures measuring approximately 5ft x 5ft with tall height, allowing plenty of room to move comfortably, rest, and feel secure. Dogs are let out regularly for exercise, potty breaks, and supervised interaction, depending on their temperament and owner preferences. For cats, I have separate, smaller enclosures in a variety of sizes to ensure they feel calm and stress-free. Cats are kept in a quiet area away from dogs, with clean litter boxes, fresh water, and enrichment as needed. I follow each pet owner’s care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and any special needs. Cleanliness, safety, and comfort are always a priority, and I monitor pets throughout the day to ensure they are happy and healthy. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine and environment. I follow all provided care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, litter box maintenance, medications, and any special needs. I ensure the home is kept tidy, pets are safe and comfortable, and I provide regular updates and photos so owners have peace of mind. About: I've been in love with furry friends since childhood. Friends and family pets became my hobby. I would take up pet sitting duties whenever I get the chance. From small dogs to big big babies. You could say I'm a veteran in the field. I currently work from home with lots of flexibility. Any routine that the pet needs I can cater to their needs. Usually my morning start with a walk, breakfast, and a quick cleanup after the pets. I have a fenced backyard with plenty of space to run around. I’ve dog watched on Rover with my brother, Marc, the past few years and have always enjoyed having a short-term companion around! I have always been a dog person and love interacting with new pups! I also love about 4-6 mins off of the LIE for easy drop-offs/pick-ups! I have my phone easily accessible for fast responses and can update multiple times throughout the day with messages and pics of your dog! I am in an online graduate program so have flexibility to host and walk dogs. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy going on walks and spending time outdoors. I am available for dog boarding/day time watching depending on early notices. I make sure that your dog always has water available and that they stay on schedule with meal times or treat intakes. I will regularly walk and play with your dog and can also take them to a nearby dog park.
