About: What sets me apart is the combination of hands-on experience, professional pet care skills, and a home environment designed around each dog’s individual needs. I have about 5 years of experience caring for dogs, including dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I pay close attention to body language, comfort level, and interactions so I can recognize when a dog is relaxed, overwhelmed, or needs more personal space. Pet care is my full-time focus, and I’m both pet CPR certified and a certified groomer. This allows me to provide attentive daily care while also helping with brushing, bathing, coat care, and general cleanliness when requested. My home has a private backyard of approximately 900 square feet for supervised outdoor play and potty breaks, along with additional rooms that allow me to separate dogs based on size, temperament, energy level, or individual comfort needs. I understand that every dog has a different routine, so I do my best to accommodate feeding schedules, sleeping preferences, sensitivities, and other special instructions from parents. I also send frequent photo and video updates throughout each stay. My goal is not only to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, but also to give parents real peace of mind while they are away. Caring for dogs is a major part of my daily life and my full-time focus. Because I have a flexible schedule, I’m able to provide consistent supervision, regular potty breaks, outdoor play, feeding, rest time, and plenty of individual attention throughout the day. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and adjusting their routine so they can feel safe, comfortable, and at home during their stay. I’m pet CPR certified and also a certified groomer, so I’m comfortable providing basic coat care, brushing, bathing, and grooming services when requested. For longer boarding stays, I’m happy to include a complimentary basic bath when appropriate. For shorter stays, bathing or grooming services can be added for an additional fee. My priority is always to provide attentive, reliable, and personalized care for every dog staying with me. I live in a clean and well-kept home with a private backyard of approximately 900 square feet, giving dogs plenty of space for supervised outdoor play, potty breaks, and fresh air throughout the day. I also have additional rooms available, which allows me to separate dogs by size, energy level, or comfort needs when necessary. This helps each dog have a safe and quiet place to rest, settle in, and decompress without feeling overwhelmed. I have a 3-year-old Border Collie who is very sweet, gentle, and full of positive energy. He has done very well with other dogs and enjoys spending time and playing with them. I carefully supervise all interactions and introduce dogs gradually, while paying close attention to their body language, personality, and comfort level. I never force dogs to interact if they need more time or personal space. Throughout the day, I provide regular potty breaks, supervised backyard time, playtime, and plenty of opportunities to relax comfortably indoors. I also try to follow each dog’s normal feeding, sleeping, and daily routine as closely as possible. Sleeping arrangements can be flexible based on the owner’s preference and the dog’s needs. For dogs who are more sensitive or feel more secure near people, I can arrange for them to sleep in the same room with me. After outdoor time, I clean the dogs’ paws to help keep them comfortable and maintain a clean living environment. I also pay attention to brushing and overall cleanliness throughout their stay. My goal is to provide a safe, structured, and welcoming home where every dog receives individualized care and owners can feel confident while they are away.

“Dan was absolutely amazing with our dog Karley. From the moment we left, she kept us consistently updated with messages, photos, and check-ins, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pet, but Dan made it effortless. Her communication was top-notch, and it was clear Karley was not only well cared for, but genuinely comfortable and happy. We had zero worries the entire time, and that says everything. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive, and truly caring. “Amy was such an amazing caretaker for Apollo! We needed someone to watch him during a long trip, and since he had never stayed with her before, she generously offered not one, but two meet-and-greets. The first was to meet us and Apollo, and the second allowed him to get comfortable in her home before his stay. From the very beginning, Amy was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. Her family was just as excited to have Apollo and made him feel right at home. She took the time to listen to all of our instructions and learn about Apollo’s preferences, and she truly embraced having him as part of her family while we were away. Throughout his stay, she kept me updated with pictures and messages about how he was eating, sleeping, adjusting, and whether he seemed anxious. Her communication was excellent, and she was always so accommodating and thoughtful. Apollo was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for, which gave me so much peace of mind while traveling. I trusted Amy completely and would absolutely have Apollo stay with her again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, reliable, and communicative sitter!”

“Mathew was an awesome sitter for our Pavlo..He gave us up dates and was very attentive to Pavlo…I would recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a sitter! Thanks again! Matthew and Penelope!!”

“Angela did an excellent job watching and feeding my cat and fish while I was gone for the weekend. We'll definitely be requesting her again in future when we're out of town and need sometime to take care of our animals!”

“Shibo was absolutely amazing! I have two male cats, and one of them I had just adopted 10 days before leaving for my trip. He was very skittish when I first got him, but he warmed up to Shibo right away. My other cat took a liking to him immediately as well—who wouldn’t! Shibo was so wonderful, giving my cats the attention they needed while I was away. In the past, I relied on neighbors and people just stopping by to feed and check on them, but my experience with Shibo has completely changed my perspective. It is worth every penny to have someone as great as him looking after your fur babies! When I returned, I could see the difference in my fluffy companions in the best way as this is very early in their introduction phase. I had peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. Shibo provided fantastic updates and beautiful photos, making it clear that my cats had a wonderful time with their new friend. I have full trust in Shibo as I also came home to find everything exactly as I expected. I highly recommend Shibo for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter! Especially cats.”

“She made leaving our fur babies at home worry free. Kaitlyn is extremely sweet, courteous, friendly, and professional. She goes above and beyond. The meows 100% approved. Our old guy that can be very shy warmed up to her. If you need a pet sitter, Kaitlyn is the best!”

“Jessica is awesome. She's very responsible and diligent. We've never had a vacation with a drop-in sitter before and she's relieved all of my concerns. I offer 1/2-hour or full-hour dog walks and pets sitting in the Whitestone and Beechhurst areas of Queens. I will take your puppy to the park for a stroll, a dog park or just around your area - whatever you prefer. Dogs in my trust for walks are NEVER left alone or unsupervised. Whatever your instructions I will make sure they are followed exactly as you request. I'm a punctual, responsible, and respectful person who loves dogs. I will take good care of your puppy as if they were my own. I will make sure they feel comfortable and receive plenty of attention and affection during their stay with me! About: Most notably, I have worked for Dan's Pet Care as a dog walker in Manhasset for 6 months. I would walk dogs, sometimes feed them, give them water, give them medication, pick up and drop them off to and from the petcare center if asked to. To put it shortly, I have lots of experience with new dogs. I also used to work at The Allypond Environmental Center, along with owning pets throughout my life and still do to this day such as dogs, cats, birds, fish, and guinea pigs. I've also taken care of my and other family members dogs some who have had casts on a leg. I'm used to taking care of my pet bird everyday along with helping the stray cat who we have fed for months now, all the dogs I've ever owned sadly passed away but I've always took care of them. I have a secure home and a fenced yard with plenty of space, on top of that my neighborhood is fairly quiet with 3 nice parks nearby for good long walks.
“Angelica did a wonderful job taking care of Coco for the day while we celebrated the life of our cousin who had passed from COVID. Coco took to her right away after a very quick drop off. She sent many updates and was very accommodating to our needs on this special day. I would strongly recommend Angelica ahold you need her services for your pet. Thank you Angelica.”

“Denys was absolutely exceptional. She took Luna in on a last minute request and was amazing. Luna came home happy and ready for bed each day. Denys did an amazing job, and I will be using her again for sure!”
“Hands down the best dog sitter/boarder. She is so gentle and kind with our precious 7 year old yorkie. Bonus is the gated back yard and my pup loves it. She is the best and chewy will be back soon. Thank you”

“Wendy was very friendly and kind with Miso. This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous, but she sent many videos, pictures, and updates throughout the visit, which really helped put me at ease. It meant a lot to see how he was doing and know he was being cared for. Thank you, Wendy, for taking the time to keep us informed and making our first experience a positive one.”

“My maltipoo had a great time with Nicole and was well taken care of! She’s very nice, responsive over messaging, and attentive to instructions. Appreciate having Nicole watch my pup!”

“I couldn't recommend Janet more. She is incredibly communicative, professional, friendly, and positive. I received fast responses to my messages and pictures and videos of my 9 week old puppy. I could tell when he got home that he had the most fulfilling time of his young life. Dante took to her and he is on the shy side for a puppy. I knew when I met her that this was right for Dante not just for the short term, but in the long term as he grows up. I look forward to working with her and I am so happy I found the right person to help Dante grow up into the best dog he can be. :)”

About: I have 4 years of experience volunteering at an animal shelter where I worked with both dogs and cats. With dogs, I have experience with all ages, ranging from 5 week old puppies to senior dogs. I have walked and played with dogs who were the most outgoing and loving dogs, as well as the more fearful ones who needed a little extra attention before opening up to me. I have received training in understanding dog behaviors as well as how to interact with more stressed and fearful dogs, leaving me confident to care for all types of dogs. I also volunteered to take some dogs out of the shelter for one night and care for them at my apartment so they can destress out of their kennels, which gave me experience house sitting multiple types of dogs. With cats, often times at the shelter I would play with them in their cages, or I would take them out the cage and hold onto/pet them to help relieve their stress and get them accustomed to humans. At home I also have 2 senior pets I care for, a 12 year old Brittany dog and an 11 year old cat. They’re both incredibly sweet and remind me every day why I love caring for animals. Let me help take care of your furry family members—I’d love to meet them! I work as a teacher full time during the school year, so I have time after 5pm to care for your pets. However, during the summer I don't work full time so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I am free anytime during the week for house sitting, dog walking, or just dropping in to visit your pet. When caring for a pet in a client's home, I will make sure to confirm all household rules that apply to their pet before starting. This includes knowing what furniture the pet can sit on, the diet of the pet, as well as how often the pet should be played with/taken out on walks.
About: I had being around animals my entire life, and I consider pets as a part of the family. For me an animal is just like a person, most of them are like kids if you go out, bring water, snacks and toys for them. If your in the house they want attention and all the love that you can give them. Always have clean clean and fresh water, give them the food on time, play with them and always take care of them. Don’t leave them for long periods of time by themselves, and make sure they are healthy. Take them out at least two times at day and if it’s to cold outside put them the coat and the boots if it is necessary.

“Our girl can be a nervous pup towards new people. She warmed up to Erica so quickly. It made leaving a little easier. Erica is kind and listens to all of our requests. We would love to continue to work with her and have her back.”

“I was taking care of my son’s, high energy, 1 year 5 month old lab, Maverick and was nervous about letting him walk with a stranger. But Thankfully came across Rover and Ari, who was absolutely fantastic! Maverick usually requires a lot of patience, but Ari knew how to handle him. I loved receiving the daily photo updates and walk summaries, and of course Maverick always came home happy, calm, and ready for a nap. Highly recommend, Ari - will definitely seek for Ari in the future.”

About: Hi! My name is Neil D. Wallace and I love dogs. Dogs make me happy. My favorite dogs are Blue Staffies and Pugs. I have most experience walking Doodles, Pitbulls, Huskies and Chihuahas. I also communicate everything, and promise an open book attitude with owners. All hours until i book my next show. This is just a side hustle when demand is low in the acting world, which will change, with my contribution. No matter what dog I take care of, there is always one thing in common. The owner is always right. Even if I think something might work better for the pups, the owner knows best; open communication is key.
About: I've cared for both dogs and cats my whole life-- I've never lived without a pet! I also have experience as a volunteer caretaker through my local animal shelter, and a deep passion for animal welfare and happiness. I work part-time and am a part-time student, so please check my calendar for availability. I have class from 4-9pm Tuesday & Wednesday and my work schedule is typically the day shift on Monday and Thursday. Again, if there are any deviances, I will mark them on the calendar! I'm happy to let your pet set the pace-- if they're a cuddle bug, I'll give them snuggles, and if they need some time to warm up, I'll sit quietly while they get used to me. If your puppy feels the need for speed, I'll take him on a sprightly jog, but if your senior prefers to take the scenic route, we can stop and sniff every tree. I'll listen to your instructions and preferences and theirs.
“Ivy has just started walking my dog Gabby.. she’s been outstanding so far… she’s been punctual, followed all my directions and most importantly has been amazing with Gabby. As I see how happy Gabby is when Ivy arrives for her walks. Wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Ivy to any neighbor or friend with a pup needing walking.”

“Janet is an outstanding dog walker! She bonded immediately with our two English Setters, and they happily anticipate her arrival when it is time for a walk to our nearby park. Janet sends us photos, videos, and updates throughout the walk. She keeps up a brisk pace but is sensitive enough to allow the girls to sniff when they wish, without them sneaking any inappropriate "snacks" that might be lingering on the path. Janet has an upbeat personality, and is always on time yet very flexible. We can’t recommend her highly enough!”
“Cynthia is fantastic! She's a responsible, trustworthy, and genuinely kind person. Most importantly, all of my pets love her! She loves animals and cares for my dog and cats like they were her own. Highly recommended!”

“Cassidy has been a fantastic dog walker for our pup Theo! We needed some last minute care, and she has been great with booking and communication. She has been so easy to contact and sends a bunch of updates leading up to and after the walks.”

“Hemei has been great with my dog Kiara! She walks her a 3-4 times a week and is very responsive, professional, and communicative. She is very flexible with her schedule which is amazing since my week to week work schedule sometime varies. Hemei made the extra trek for a meet and greet before starting so that I could rest assured that my dog would be comfortable with her. She is reliable and a true dog lover and you know she will look after your fur baby as her own. Highly recommend her!”

“Jessica has been caring for my dog Niko for several years. From the first meeting I was impressed with how she interacted with Niko and how quickly she put him at ease. He loves her and when I have to leave him knowing Jessica is there to care for him gives me incredible peace of mind! She is someone who really loves and understands animals and it shows in how happy and relaxed Niko is when I return home. You couldn’t ask for a better caretaker for your pet!”

About: taking care of animals has been my passion since i got my first dog at age 11. it was love at first sight. i trained and groomed her for all of her 13 years. she showed me that a dog can be more then a pet and what unconditional love is. they are pure inocense and should always be loved and protected. i have groomed and taken care of a variety of dogs. i have had many different breeds. bulldog. maltease, yorkie, labordor and german shepard. i went to school for it and got certified in grooming\pet care. i am not afraid of big dogs and i am gentle with the tiny ones. i will protect and take the very best care of your pet. i will treat them as my own.
About: Ive had my own dog since i was little so i know to have patience and attentive. It was helpful the 2 years experience of pet sitting and walking dogs for other clients. I've clean litters, feed pets, stayed a little longer to play with them. I dont mind doing a wash and dry. I like to go out so it'll be mini trips in my car i can get a dog seat if they're small pets. i also make homemade meals optional completely healthy. I currently work a few days in amazon so i spend most of the time with my pet and would like to spend more time with dogs I have a back yard and my dog is friendly i can easily crate your pet and have a soft small stair case to my bed or sofa and water fountain and clean my home regularly
About: I have 3 of my own dogs and have been taking care of dogs for 14 years. I have dogs ranging from senior to a puppy so I am very familiar with all ages. I work from home full time but can dog walk during the day and spend more time after 5pm during Monday through Friday for dogs I do not plan on caring for dogs in my home or staying in a clients home. Just plan on dog walking in the local areas.
About: Hi there, my name is Christina 👋🏻 I am currently a full time dog walker and have been for the past 3 years now. I’ve had a love for dogs since I was 13 when my mom finally agreed to get our very first dog. Ever since then I’ve been the go to care taker for him between my mom and I. I even help my aunt on the weekends with her furry pets when we visit. Currently it’s been 3 years of being a full time dog caretaker and I’m loving every minute of it! Looking forward to meeting you and your furry family member 😊❤️ I'm currently working full-time taking care of my lovely pup clients, so all my time is dedicated to your fur baby! I'm available for boarding, daycare and dog walking as well :) Our home is entirely open for your pup to explore and relax in. We are a clean and smoke-free household. Your pup will receive plenty of playtime and love. In addition to a minimum of 3 walks per day. Daily photos and video updates will be sent. I promise you plenty of them! Depending on the time of year, I do board multiple dogs at once.

“I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Shirley for the weekend. He has separation anxiety and she was accommodating towards his needs to ensure he had a stress free stay with her. I appreciate how she was flexible with my drop off and pick up times. Would definitely hire her again!”

“Nari&Ryan are perfect! Latte had a great stay with them with many loves! They shared lots of photos and videos. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone!”

“Julia was terrific! She and Bailey hit it off right away. Got a bunch of pics with Bailey out for a walk, playing with toys and a restful night sleep. Will use Julia again!”

“This was the first time being away from our dog and Nicole did a great job at making him and my family feel at ease! She regularly kept me updated with messages and pictures and took very good care of him. Will definitely use her again!”

“Sayarlin was soo accommodating while watching my dog Dream! Even when I had to extend the pick up dates she was still willing to help out as best as she could. She even took Dream to the park to play which i'm sure she enjoyed. I will definitely use her to watch Dream in the future.”

“Mathew was an awesome sitter for our Pavlo..He gave us up dates and was very attentive to Pavlo…I would recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a sitter! Thanks again! Matthew and Penelope!!”

“We are so happy to have found Denys and her husband so close to our home. They took great care of our two high energy dogs and kept us informed about their day with photos and videos. Denys met us for a meet and greet and was happy to let us book a trial day to make sure our dogs were a good fit for her family. We never go anywhere without our dogs, so this was a big deal for us and the dogs. But Denys reassured us that they were happy and safe. I will be at ease with any future visits with our dogs Louie and Pepper.”

“Absolutely was one of the best experience for my big fur ball. Xue made me feel so comfortable with boarding my dog. The pictures update are so cute to see him make friends. He was definitely comfortable with her as soon he met her. I felt very reassure that my dog baby is in good hands! Will be rebooking!”

“I am so grateful for finding the most amazing person who took care so well of my dog She sent pictures and I was able to see how my dog was doing I really appreciate that I had issues with my flight so I couldn’t pick up my dog the time I supposed to However she kindly understood my situation also let my dog stay with her one more night Thank you !!! The Best pet sitter ever!💕💜”

“Joey was great! His entire family are so warm and friendly and set my anxiety about dog sitting my large, spoiled, tripod, Cersei, at ease. She loved them and literally ran in the house without me which never happens with strangers. Joey sent tons of pictures and did an excellent job catering to my fur babies needs. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! ☺️”

“I can’t believe I’m writing this review so late! I was traveling for a lot of August and I was able to come across Iona’s boarding services when a last minute trip change occurred. I met with her and her husband the day prior to drop off for a temperament test , which my social boy did well on. The next day I dropped him off and I really really appreciated the pictures posted and sent to me and the quick communication!! That was one of my biggest things, I really really appreciated that. So much so that I am currently about to book another boarding service haha: if your baby feels comfortable around other dogs and enjoys play, this will be like summer camp haha Thank you for your flexibility with airline issues and again just the reassurance and communication. Hopefully Ollie will be back soon !!”

“Agnes was so great for our pup. He usually has separation and anxiety issues but was calm and happy when we picked him up. She let us know how he was doing throughout his stay and sent over pictures. Will definitely be booking with her again. Thanks for a great Rover experience!”

“This was the first time we left out dog with Lynn. She was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable about brachycephalic dogs. She texted us with updates sent pictures at least once a day. We felt very comfortable knowing that Finn was in such loving hands. She is wondering, caring a professional. Thank you so much Lynn! We were lucky to find you!!”

“Naomi took realy good care of Chicho and Kylie. They are healthy and seem relax. She was their taxi too. Did the pick up and drop off as schedule. She will definitely be our pet sitter next time.”

“Euitae was the best dog sitter I’ve ever had. Euitae was responsive and so so attentive and caring for my senior guy, Jack, taking Jack for lots of walks and adventures in the park, and even a dog café where Jack got to make new friends. I’m so incredibly grateful for Euitae and 1000% recommend him as a sitter! I can’t wait to call Euitae again, Jack had an AMAZING time.”

“We had a unique situation that lead us to Eric and he was incredibly accommodating. I forgot my dog's bed and he was able to provide one. He took great care of our shepherd and sent us several photos to show us our dog was doing just fine. Eric is a super nice guy to boot! Would highly recommend!”

“Kiersten and Casey were absolutely incredible! We got photos every day of our trip and constant updates. Shep got plenty of walks and he even met other dogs in their building, completely put our mind at ease on our trip. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“Lal, Matt & Hank were great! My doggy boys stayed with them for a week while we were travelling out of state and they looked like they were having a nice little doggy vacation themselves with their new found friends. Lal would keep us updated with how our boys were doing by also posting pictures and videos along with the texts and e-mails. Lal really took the time to get to know the boys well specially during their meet and greet. Plus the fact that their LabraDoodle, Hank got along very well with the boys made me really feel at ease. I would definitely pick them again for our upcoming travels. So happy to know that my doggy boys were in good hands while we were away. Highly recommended.”

“Britany was great with our labradoodle. She asked about his preferences for feeding and sleeping, and rules about furniture privileges; Sent updates and videos that showed a happy dog enjoying his stay.”
