“I would like to start by saying, in general I am a skeptical person who does not trust people with my dog because like others, my dog is my child. With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. She treated them as if they were her own, followed all of my instructions perfectly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and happy. She kept me updated throughout their stay with pictures and thoughtful notes, which gave me so much peace of mind. This was my first time leaving my dogs with a sitter, so I was naturally a little nervous, but Athena completely exceeded my expectations.
