“Juliana made me feel so at ease leaving Tilly with her while we went on vacation. Typically Tilly is with us 24/7 and she is not used to being away from us. She did really well at Julianas and she sent me daily updates, which I greatly appreciated. I’m happy to know I have someone that Tilly felt safe and comfortable.”

“I had reservations about leaving Harry and Frank with complete strangers, after a bad situation with Rover.com, However, Ashley reassured me straight away not only about the care she would give my dogs, but also about the expertise by which she knows dogs, especially little dogs. Harry and Frank were clearly looked after attentively and with love, and they were surrounded by lots of little mates, the likes of which actually made them a bit more sociable. Ashley not only sent us loads of daily updates (images and videos, both of which were documents and works of art -- Ashley has a real talent), but she also responded promptly to my queries, such as, "oh, I forgot about this", or "oh, Frank is like this, and I forgot to tell you" with grace and aplomb. I'm not actually sure that my boys wanted to come home! I never want to go away again without them, but if so, I'll be sure to contact Ashley and Gibson again.”

“My dog Max had an amazing time staying with Adriana over Christmas. She is a great photographer as well as dogsitter and she kept me updated with plenty of photos over the weekend.
