Grace updated me almost every hour with adorable pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She even gave my kitten a nail trim — seriously, who does that without even being asked? “I would like to start by saying, in general I am a skeptical person who does not trust people with my dog because like others, my dog is my child. With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. While scrolling through Rover I found Diane and I am happy I did. She was amazing in every aspect. She kept me posted about my dog with text, videos, and pictures several times throughout the day. She gave him sooooo much love and affection, responded fast and answered any questions I might have. She was very accommodating to me and Kobe. She treated him like he was her dog. Mei is the absolute best, this was our Nina’s first boarding since we adopted her and she was so lucky to be staying with Mei and also two other little clients bobo and hamburger! She had the best week i’m sure! Mei always updated me throughout the day, sent pictures and videos and informed me on nina’s food and treat intake and was always so responsive and kind! Since it was also my frist time leaving Nina with someone else I felt very grateful and comfortable with Mei’s updates! Super friendly house and amazing care, we will definitely be booking with Mei again! 10/10 recommend!!!! 💗🐾

Athena was amazing at taking care of my puppy Isobel. She made sure that we were informed that she has been fed, walked and even napped. Sent picture and video updates. Athena also made sure that our puppy Isobel was safe and tucked during the 4th of July fireworks to avoid Isobel being scared. I definitely would recommend Athena's services to any dog parent. Will definitely will be using her services again in the future.
Ilona was wonderful with Princess. Princess had a seizure which she hasn’t had in months and Ilona was so warm, caring and comforting to Princess. It really put my family and I at ease since we were not there. Ilona provided frequent updates and made Princess’s stay a very comfortable one. We highly recommend Ilona! Dan and her partner were the best sitters we’ve ever had! We have a very sweet but very anxious girl who still gets nervous around new people so we really appreciated how patient and kind they were with Chloe from the very beginning. They let her open up slowly on her own time and by the end of her stay it was so evident how much she had grown to love them. They also kept us constantly updated with lots of photos and videos of Chloe which we loved seeing on our trip as we were missing her so much. Would recommend Dan and her partner to everyone!

I was away on a 7 days trip and left my Mocha, Coco and Benji in Angelica’s care. I couldn’t be more grateful! She not only looked after them with such love and attention, but also sent me so many wonderful photos—each one looked like it was taken by a professional pet photographer( I wish I can share them here with you)! 📸 The photos were full of life and personality, capturing Coco’s sass and Benji’s sweet, Mocha's curious face perfectly. Katelyn and Daniel are absolutely amazing! They really saved the day! To cut a long story short, my original dog sitter, whom I had booked months in advance for my trip, canceled on Leela at the last minute. When she met Leela, she said Leela was barking too much and that her apartment situation wasn't suitable for a vocal dog like Leela. My husband and I rushed to find another sitter and found Katelyn. We reached out to her about our upcoming trip and asked if they could take care of Leela for a week. We were completely honest with them about Leela’s behavior and boarding requirements, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They met Leela and inquired about any specific concerns or instructions I had for her care. Katelyn and Daniel really put my mind at ease while my husband and I were away. We received daily updates from them, and Leela really took a liking to them, which was a pleasant surprise since she can be quite picky about who she likes. Katelyn and Daniel are genuinely nice, responsible, and caring individuals. I will definitely be reaching out to Katelyn and Daniel again!
Nari and Ryan were absolutely wonderful with Candy! They sent multiple photos throughout the day so we always knew how she was doing, which honestly made such a difference. They took her on multiple walks and even gave her a bath, which was such a sweet bonus we weren't expecting. Candy came back home happy, calm, and clearly well-loved.
