From the very beginning, both Sayarlin and her husband were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with our "big boy", who think he is a Chihuahua. One thing I especially appreciated is that they have access to an outdoor space in New York, allowing Lio to get fresh air and feel comfortable outside of the apartment setting. Given that I was a first time dog parent and had recently adopted Benji, I was nervous about boarding him so early on during Benji’s decompression period. Eric was great with communication - he agreed to meet Benji prior to the boarding date so Benji could be familiar with him. He also provided my husband and I photos/videos of Benji daily. We booked Anny for ann overnight stay and from the start she made us feel extremely comfortable. We dropped are dog off and immediately we had pictures of the dog. Anny treated our dog just like it was here own she has a beautiful home extremely clean with all the necessities a dog could use. We picked up are dog and she was happy you could see the care that Anny and her family gave. This was a great experience I highly recommend Anny to watch you dog extremely professional and caring you will not find anyone better.
My dog who has fear aggression went to Lynn for a half day yesterday. Lynn suggested this so she could see how Oakley would be with her for a few hours. Thankfully all went well, I am very happy for Lynn’s caution and willing to go slowly so that everyone is comfortable and confident that we can set Oakley up for a positive boarding experience. She seems very open to listening to what Oakley’s preferences and behaviors are like.
I had to find a last-minute sitter for Romeo while I was away. He was initially staying with family, but due to some unexpected medical emergencies, we had to make other arrangements. I was so lucky to find Jun T., who took care of Romeo for 15 days. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Jun took wonderful care of Romeo, took him out for walks, and sent me pictures and videos every day along with regular updates. Knowing that Romeo was happy, safe, and well cared for gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I’ll admit I was a little nervous because of a previous bad experience with a Rover sitter, but I trusted Rover enough to give it another try. This time, I decided to look for someone a little farther from home and try a new environment for Romeo—and I’m so glad I did! I’m truly happy I found Jun T. He clearly has a genuine love for pets and treated Romeo with care and affection. I would absolutely use him again. Now I know that whenever I travel, Romeo has someone I can trust who will love and care for him as if he were his own. ❤️🐾
Kristi and her husband were phenomenal! Kristi was so understanding about a last minute, extended stay for Dom and Ellie, and is clearly a huge dog person. We got lots of updates, where it was clear they were having the best time, and they came home happy and healthy. Highly recommend!

Veronica and her family are the best. I know my fur baby is safe and happy when she is being doggie sat by them. She treats them like she’s her own child with so much love, affection and hugs and kisses. Rosie loves Veronica and her family very much and they love her. She’s the only person I would ever trust my fur baby with while I go on vacation or have an event. Thank you Veronica for all you do. Sabrina was a great pet Sitter. First and foremost, you can tell that she loves animals and takes great care of them. She provides excellent communication and sends lots of pictures and videos so you know that your pet is comfortable and well taken care of. She followed my pet’s routine and went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable. Overall she’s a very friendly person and was super accommodating with scheduling for drop off and pickup. I highly recommend her our experience (my dog and I) was great I would definitely book with Sabrina again.
Excellent care and my Bella had the best time in her short 4 yrs. Patricia when far and beyond what I had expected. Her own 2 yr baby pup was the cherry on the top. She had the best time playing with Jilly for whole time Patrica was caring for my Bella. The next time I need Bella cared for I will definitely call on your services again.
