“Veronica is truly amazing! We adopted a rescue puppy after both of our beloved dogs, Chester and Jack, passed away this year. To say that we are overprotective of our new pup, Pablo, would be a huge understatement. Veronica exceeded our expectations in every way! She is kind, caring, and constantly stayed in communication with us via texts, photos, and videos. Pablo came home relaxed and happy. It was easy to see how comfortable his vacation with Veronica was for the 6+ days that he stayed with her, and it allowed us to see family out West without feeling horrible about leaving our pup. Veronica receives our highest recommendation! Her responsiveness was unparalleled (even with a three hour delayed flight coming back into NYC on NYE). Knowing that Pablo was under such extraordinary care made being away from him much easier. This experience was exceptional and we cannot thank Veronica enough for all that she did to take care of Pablo (who is on his way to being only five months old!). “We are so happy to have found Denys and her husband so close to our home. They took great care of our two high energy dogs and kept us informed about their day with photos and videos. Denys met us for a meet and greet and was happy to let us book a trial day to make sure our dogs were a good fit for her family. We never go anywhere without our dogs, so this was a big deal for us and the dogs. But Denys reassured us that they were happy and safe. “Couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter for my pup. After a very last minute request they were able to accommodate Chloe, and were very sweet and friendly with my son and I during drop off. Showing us around and introducing us to their two dogs. They sent me several photos and videos during her short time there, putting me at ease as she had never been away from us. They took amazing care of her and kept to her walk and feed routine unchanged. When we picked her up, had made fast friend with their dogs, and seemed to want to stay! I will absolutely be bring Chloe to Jose and Denys again.”

They sent me plenty of updates and even when they noticed a slight issue with Charlie they sent me a detailed explanation and I explained it was to be alarmed about, but they still continued to send updates as he got better. “Nicole was so great with my timid pup. She’s the first sitter I’ve ever used for my 4 year old girl and I was so apprehensive, but Nicole was patient and adaptive and caring with my pup. She let her warm up at her own pace and before you know it I was receiving pictures of them cuddling together. She provides as many updates as you’d like and her little one, Chewy, is really a reflection of her. Her pup is so sweet and respectful and got along great with mine.”
