They sent me plenty of updates and even when they noticed a slight issue with Charlie they sent me a detailed explanation and I explained it was to be alarmed about, but they still continued to send updates as he got better. Charlie seemed to enjoy his time with them and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again in the future. Thank you!!”

Boots got comfortable with them quickly, and they even had some of his favorites (carrots) ready for him. During the stay, they were great about sending photos and updates. I give very detailed instructions, and they followed everything really well! I was so happy to have such a lovely couple take care of our dog while we were away, and will be sure to rebook with them in the future!”

“Shauna was fantastic! After the drop off she gave me regular updates on how my pup was warming up to a new environment. You could tell that Shauna has a soft spot for our four legged friends:) Throughout the entire stay she sent me regular updates with photos, and it was great to know that my pup is safe and well taken care of while I was away and was around a loving family🥰 picking up my dog I could feel how caring and loving Shauna is towards my pup as well.
