He was concerned that one of my kitties didn't eat the entire food on her dish and he reached out to ask if he could change anything. The other cat liked him right away, he sent me a picture of them hanging out on the couch. I will surely hire him next time I'm away; he made my trip less stressful.”

Very clear and prompt communication, punctual, frequent updates during the day, and a genuine interest in understanding Missy's routine and keeping her on it as if we were home ourselves. Open and friendly, it was easy to trust him at our home. Missy is not yet accustomed to being alone, and Miguel was very understanding when we explained.
