About: I would love to house any pet (Cat/Dog) while you are away. I've had a cat growing up and know what's it like to love a little one and have to trust others to care for it. I would provide the best care needed for any furry friend, as well as the attention they require. I have been walking dogs for over a year now, but have cared for pets of family and friends. I love the strongest from Pitbulls to the smallest ones. I can exercise with your active dog or lounge around, we will have fun regardless! I like to go for runs and would love to bring a four-legged friend. I can provide care for the most energetic dogs or cats, or my total attention to a puppy that is still in training. Daily walks around the neighborhood, photo updates, baths and grooming also available. *I am open to caring for pets with medical or special needs/ any specific requests* I only work a part time job. I’m available to do morning walks and afternoon walks with your pup. I’m only away from my home for about 4 hours. I live in a house. I have extra caution by placing baby doors on my front entrance. I also place an airtag on them during their stay.

I am able ti provide pet care services full-time, with flexible availability throughout the week. “Arin was so sweet and attentive to Aloo while I was away for a 4 day trip. She stayed in my home and kept it tidy and was very communicative with updates on Aloo throughout the sitting. I had mentioned Aloo is a rescue and is anxious and reactive and Arin reassured me that she would be careful with her walks and general care. Arin has experience with and training rescue dogs as well which was so reassuring. When I came back home Aloo felt calmer and was actually less reactive than she usually is which says a lot about Arin! Would definitely book with her in the future.”

About: I’ve had a deep passion for engaging with and taking care of animals since I was a kid; specifically with dogs & cats. I’ve been fortunate enough to have become a reliable sitter for several families and neighbors that I grew up with on Long Island, and have been able to continue serving many different owners across Manhattan while I attend university here in the city. My apartment is perfect for in-home boarding requests as this has become my favorite form of pet-care. Personally, I’ve yet to find anything in my life that I enjoy more than getting to play with and look after dogs and cats; over the years I’ve learned such a great deal about the type of engagement that dogs really need throughout their daily activity, as well as providing a safe and protected environment for cats that wish to roam. I’ve have solid experience administering medication, following strict meal plans, and even training as needed - all animals are different and require different types of care. It would be my privilege to watch over yours! I’m currently enrolled asynchronously at Touro University to pursue my Masters in Education which provides me with plenty of time and availability to be present and engaged with the animals I’ve been fortunate enough to work with. I have a spacious apartment with a full trained & vaccinated Labrador puppy of my own who’s incredibly docile, but quite playful! I am fully stocked on food, toys, treats, vitamins, an Animal First-Aid Kit, and even HeartGuard + Symperica Trio supplements (just in case.) Ofcourse, watching your animal in your home would be no problem either and I have extensive experience in doing so - it all really just depends on your need. Committing to your pet’s regimen and ensuring their comfort will always remain my highest priority.

I also have animal care experience at the Bronx Zoo. I love to scratch their heads, rub their bellies, play outside, practice some training, or just lounge at home with them. I am also very comfortable with large dog breeds. My bf Daniel loves cats and dogs as well and is always here to help care for your fur babies too so they’ll never be alone! Between Daniel and I, we are home 5-7 days a week. In my family’s house in Whitestone, someone is always home so your fur baby will never be alone! I have cared for 2 of my own German Shepherds over the span of 20+ years. Safety is my top priority. I have a very large fenced in yard and a very large crate available. I always make sure dogs are acquainted before introducing them off leash and am very careful on walks.
