I am delighted to meet your pet!
Hello! I am a high school math teacher. I am especially excited to be booking Summer care when school is out. I live with my dog Ivy in Flushing. I've loved and been loved by a family of animals all my life, such as dogs, cats, house rabbits, and geckos. I have had experience working with dogs that are leash reactive and with big personalities. I know trusting someone with your pet can be like trusting someone with your vulnerability. I want to get to know your animal and build their trust. I am open to dogs of all sorts and never judge. I understand having dogs that make you feel nervous and isolated without help.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer to board your animals; however, I can try to be flexible with your needs otherwise. I am definitely there to make sure your animal is comfortable and not lonely and can make anything work around that. Safety is my top priority.

Garrett has always taken exceptional care of my husky, Alba. He makes himself available, even for last minute bookings, and gives so much love and attention. I can’t recommend him enough!
Garrett is very reliable. We had him take care of our dog many times. As always, he was amazing and took very good care of Colt.
Garrett took great care of our cats! Both kittens enjoyed snuggling and playing with him. They were very well-cared for during the couple of days when we weren’t around.
As usual… It was an another great experience of leaving our dogo at home with Garrett. I have known Garrett for over 3-4 years now. My dog loves him, and he understands how to handle different dogs differently. He is an educated young boy, and perfectly fits the need when you want to trust someone with your house keys. Garrett is amazing! He is dedicated, super prompt, loves getting to know your animals and hilarious as well! He’s my go-to for my 2 strong dogs and has done such a wonderful job of helping me with them.
Garrett did a fantastic job taking care of Merlin - my sensitive senior boy who can be as stubborn as he is large! So patient with him. Merlin was very content when I got home. Thank so much Garrett!

Schedule
I do work throughout the school day as a teacher, but I am available for afternoons, early mornings, and the weekends. I generally am free anytime after 4:00. Summertime availability is also different and usually more flexible.
