I started caring for my friends’ pets when they were out of town and then the word got out and I became the group’s designated pet person! Jiamin is absolutely amazing and will definitely book again! We booked a home stay for a couple of days while we were out of town. She kept us updated with cute photos and videos of our cats, came over early to meet our pets & respected their boundaries, and left our home spotless. One of our cats can be shy, but she was able to quickly engage with her in play. Would definitely recommend Jiamin to any pet parent!

This was a return booking with Jiamin, and she was amazing as usual! She took such great care of my dog, followed and respected his routine, and made sure I was kept updated throughout the day. She sent plenty of pictures and updates without me ever having to ask, which I really appreciate and always gives me peace of mind. I feel completely comfortable leaving him with her and would absolutely book with Jiamin again. Highly recommend!
Jiamin was absolutely wonderful with Whiskey and Chuchi! She followed all of their care instructions closely, kept me updated, and gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that she treated them with patience, kindness, and genuine affection. I came home to two happy, well cared for cats and everything was left clean and organized. Jiamin is the best! She’s very attentive to our cats’ needs and provides lots of picture updates. We always come home to happy cats.

Schedule
I work remotely most of the time so my schedule is pretty flexible. I can easily fit pet care into my routine, be it walking or drop-in visits.
