Most importantly, Vicomte seemed very happy to go back the second day, which was a great sign that he felt comfortable, well cared and that Riceli and her family made him feel at home. Highly recommended. She was absolutely wonderful with my puppy Freya, who does not like currently being alone. Agustina put my mind at ease, she sent regular photos and updates throughout the day showing Freya running around, playing, and napping comfortably. When I picked Freya up she was calm, happy, and sweet. Honestly better than I expected for her first time away from home. Kayla was wonderful to our Tonton. She offered meet & greet ahead of the stay and even knows how to deal with Tonton's anxiety. He warmed up to her pretty fast with her approach which rarely happens and she constantly sent us updates throughout Tonton's stay. We could tell from the videos and photos that Tonton enjoyed his time with Kayla. We are very satisfied and would book her again!

I needed last-minute (aka hooked at 11pm the day before) daycare while my fiancée was having surgery, and Shane was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and easy to coordinate with throughout the day.
