About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. My family rescued our Australian Cattle dog, who was abused at a young age. He had major anxiety with loud noises and requires a lot of love during thunderstorms/4th of July. When caring for other dogs I treat them as if they are my own. I have experience watching multiple dogs, who may not get along, and give them each the love they need. I will do anything that is needed for your dog to make sure they feel at home. I currently work a 9-5 job at home, so I'm home most of the time. I have availability to leave for breaks where I can go walk your dogs or check up on them. I have a very flexible schedule that we can work around. I live in an apartment on the second floor with my fiancé. Right outside our building is a corner patio that is fenced in. There are 2 small dirt patches, but if they want somewhere to play I would take them to the park or go on a walk. My apartment does have access to a big patio in case of an emergency potty break.

Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority—and I’ll send photo updates so you can see how they’re doing along the way 🐾 Right now, I’m available for dog walks and drop-in visits. I’m typically available on Fridays and throughout the weekends; sometimes I am free during the weekdays outside 9-5. If you have any questions or a specific time in mind, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate. I always prioritize safety, trust, and respect when caring for pets in your home. I follow all instructions carefully and treat everything with care. I do this work out of genuine love for animals and always treat each pet as if they were my own. I’m easy to communicate with and quick to respond, and I can send regular photo updates if you’d like.
“JD is an absolutely fantastic dog walker!! He goes on long weekly walks with our very large, high-energy dog and does a great job with him! JD consistently takes care to keep our dog safe and reinforces good behavior on walks! He also sends thorough and very funny updates at the end of each of the walks so we’re always in the loop on how our dog is doing! He is also good at frequently communicating with us each week. In my opinion he is the best dog walker in the neighborhood!!”

“I was a last-minute request and Jennifer and her husband were able to help me out in a pinch for a work event that was gonna have me away all day from morning until past bedtime!! normally Harry is a crazy anxious mess if I am away for two hours, but he hasn’t seen me from 8:30 AM to 9:45 PM and he’s calm and relaxed and happy and I feel good cause I’m tired and I had a long day and I just had such peace of mind and didn’t worry !! I knew Harry was in such good hands Jennifer and her husband kept in touch with me with photos and reassured me and they really just Harry took to them so easily! Like he is so relaxed I never see this from him. If I’m even away for a few hours this is hysterical!!! thank you so much. “I have 2 senior dogs; 1 60 pounds and 1 40 pounds. They weren't properly socialized as puppies so they can get very agitated when seeing dogs they don't know. In the 3 years and 8 months I've had them, I've never left them with anyone because I was nervous and felt uneasy. Joel and his wife were excellent sitters. They were communicative, responsive, considerate, provided a lot of photos and videos. They were compassionate with my dogs who were stressed on the first night, and transparent about a minor issue that happened on the last day. I felt secure knowing my dogs were with people who treated them with kindness and respect. I highly recommend booking Joel and will not hesitate to book them again if I go on another trip.”
“Stella is amazing!! This was the first time we were leaving Norman for longer than a weekend so we were a bit nervous knowing he’s a high energy dog. Stella kept us updated every day with a mini recap of videos and pictures. She made sure he got enough exercise and play time throughout the day as well as stimulation. We were so appreciative of her helpful tips and thoughtfulness throughout his stay including giving him enrichment toys, lots of outside time, and maintaining some training habits. Her dog Koukla is also incredible and Norman had the best time playing with her (although I’m sure she is excited for some quiet time back). We couldn’t recommend her enough!!”
