Xiaoying was so great! She took wonderful care of my cat while I was away. My cat needs medication every other day and regular facial cleaning, and she handled everything perfectly. This is our second time with Victor and he’s great. He’s reliable and responsive as well as detail oriented and kind. He cares about your pets emotional well being and is patient to befriend them alongside of all the normal responsibilities of pet sitting. It’s hard to find people that understand and respect animals individual autonomy and we know our girl is in good hands with him.
So, so, so, SO happy I booked Joyce for the week I was away. She was super communicative on each visit & she sent me multiple pics/videos of the cats eating/playing every day. One of my cats is very shy with new people and tends to hide under the bed . He was in love with Joyce since the day they met!! That made me feel so comfortable about leaving my babies at her care.
