Pet-loving couple & rescue pup Dobb
We are lifelong animal lovers. Growing up, I also cared for rescue dogs, so helping pets in need has always been close to my heart. Today, we are proud parents to Dobby, our sweet Pomeranian who we adopted from a local rescue center. Giving Dobby a second chance at a loving home has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Because of these experiences, we truly understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your furry family member. We work from home in LIC, so your pup will never be left alone for long. Daily walks by the water, cozy playtime in our spacious living room, and plenty of snuggles on our big couch are part of the routine here. Safety and comfort always come first—we’ll follow your pet’s feeding schedule, respect their personality and quirks, and send frequent photo updates so you always know how they’re doing. We also believe in giving back: a portion of what we earn is donated to local animal rescue organizations, because every pet deserves love and safety.

Andrew & Jing have been incredibly communicative and thoughtful during the two times they’ve taken care of my cat. They send lots of great photos, comprehensive updates, follow all instructions closely and take time to play with her as well. It was a relief knowing she was in such good care!

Andrew has been walking my dog a few times a week and it’s been such a relief knowing I can count on him. He always shows up on time, takes my dog for a good walk (not just a quick bathroom break), and makes sure she gets some play and exercise. I really like that he pays attention to the little details — he brings water for her on hot days, wipes her paws when they get back, and sends me photos during the walk. My dog gets super excited when she sees him at the door, which says it all.
We boarded our dog with Andrew and it went really well. They set up a meet and greet first so we could see how our dog got along with Andrew and his partner, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. During the stay they were on time, respected our dog’s habits, and actually spent time with him instead of just letting him stay over. Our pup came home happy and well taken care of. We’d definitely use them again

Programa
As a fellow pet parent, I know how important it is to respect each pet’s own routine, personality, and little quirks. Since my partner and I both work from home, we have the flexibility to adjust our day around your pet’s needs—whether that’s a midday walk, playtime, or quiet companionship. Our regular hours are 10AM to 9:30PM for non- boarding service. Additional rates might be required for time outside of regular hours.

In my home (for boarding): We keep a clean, pet-friendly space with no hazards. Doors and windows are secured at all times, and pets are never left unattended outside. Walks are always on-leash with secure harnesses or collars—never off-leash unless specifically approved by the owner. Pets have access to cozy rest areas, toys, and fresh water at all times. If your pet prefers a crate or a separate quiet space, we can easily accommodate that. In a client’s home (drop-ins): I always respect your home and follow your instructions carefully, from feeding schedules and walking routes to medication routines. I make sure your pet stays in their familiar environment and feels comfortable while you’re away. As fellow pet parents, we understand that every dog or cat has their own habits and quirks. We will always follow your directions strictly and do our best to maintain your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe, secure, and loved.

typical day starts with morning cuddles and a nice walk to stretch their legs. We have a spacious living room where pups can play, run around, or relax with toys, and a big cozy couch that’s perfect for snuggles. Throughout the day, we follow your dog’s routine — whether that means multiple walks, playtime, or quiet naps. We also let your pup lead the way on walks, exploring where they feel happiest. In the evening, it’s more play, cuddles, and settling in for a calm night so they feel safe and loved, just like at home.
