About: Hello! I have experience with special needs and injured animals via fostering. They require a level of patience that I enjoy practicing. I love seeing them slowly improve in whatever it is that ails them. I also of course love all animals! My most recent foster was a blind kitten. I made sure he knew where everything was and to speak to him constantly. It was such a joy helping him learn how to jump down from the couch. Eventually he started jumping up on places he wasn’t even supposed to be! Now he plays as if he isn’t blind and it’s so beautiful to know that he will have a fulfilling life. I spend my days at home and love having furry friends visit. I am available mostly on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I go for walks as long as your dog needs to get happy and tired. I make sure to start off with some introductions. Whether it be lots of pets and scratches or a more gentle trust building approach. For cats I like to play with them or let them do their thing. Once they get comfortable I give them lots of pets! For dogs we hang out for a little. Then I like to take them on a walk and see the sites!

About: The first dog that I fell in love with was Charlie, my best friend’s beagle. I cared for him for weeks at a time, and that’s when I realized how much I enjoy looking after dogs. About: Why Rover? My fur baby crossed the rainbow bridge at 17 years old, over a year ago. I miss my dog, but im happy that this platform gives me the opportunity to be around dogs again. “Lal, Matt & Hank were great! My doggy boys stayed with them for a week while we were travelling out of state and they looked like they were having a nice little doggy vacation themselves with their new found friends. Lal would keep us updated with how our boys were doing by also posting pictures and videos along with the texts and e-mails. Lal really took the time to get to know the boys well specially during their meet and greet. Plus the fact that their LabraDoodle, Hank got along very well with the boys made me really feel at ease. I would definitely pick them again for our upcoming travels. So happy to know that my doggy boys were in good hands while we were away. Highly recommended.”

She took to him right away which made me happy to see that I’d be leaving her with a sitter that she really liked. He provided regular updates throughout her stay and was flexible on drop-off and pick-up. I really appreciate him taking such good care of her while I was away. Would highly recommend!”
