About: Growing up with a yorkie and a poodle instilled a deep love of animals. I have ample experience caring for cats and dogs small and large and of various temperaments. I am very detail oriented and can ensure I follow the necessary routine with your pet to keep them happy & healthy. I will give your pet plenty of cuddles and will share photo updates whether we’re lounging or exploring outside! I have a flexible schedule as I’m currently on a career break! I travel on occasion but can make myself available as needed including some holidays. When checking in on pets, I’ll make sure they’ve got plenty of food and water and that their path is clear from small or harmful plants/objects.

About: I’ve always loved animals, I get much joy from spending time with them. I volunteer as a dog walker at an animal shelter in Queens, and I have been a cat owner. I also have experience taking care of rats as pets. I’m very gentle and attuned to the feelings of pets. About: Hey, I’m James! I’ve owned and cared for pets my whole life and I’m usually the one friends and family call when they need someone reliable for their dogs. Even though I work full time and run my own business, pet sitting is something I choose to do because I genuinely enjoy it. My availability on Rover is built around my lifestyle so your pet is able to have my full attention during their stay. I currently have one dog, Chase. He is a medium-sized Australian Eskimo who’s been with me since he was a puppy. Boarding & Daycare Policies • For boarding, I'm currently only hosting dogs who are crate-trained or independent enough to sleep in a secured space overnight. They are a secure, familiar space for rest and downtime. • For daycare, I can host small and medium-sized dogs. Crate training is not required but they must be potty trained. Someone is always home throughout the day to supervise them closely, so your dog(s) can safely relax, play, and enjoy outdoor breaks. I treat every dog like family and look forward to meeting yours! Someone is always home, so your dog will rarely ever be alone for an extended period of time. Walk schedules will be followed exactly as provided. Feeding times and portions will be matched to your dog’s usual routine. We have a secure, gated backyard, allowing for frequent bathroom breaks and plenty of supervised outdoor time or games of fetch throughout the day. I treat every dog as if they were my own - with patience, structure, and attention to the small details that make them feel safe. My space is quiet, secure, and set up for comfort, whether your pup loves stretching out for naps or playing in the yard. You’ll get regular updates and photos so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. I follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible to keep them happy, balanced, and comfortable from day one. For drop-in visits, I treat your home and your pet’s space with the same care and respect I give my own. I follow all instructions closely from feeding and walks, to specific routines or security details like locking doors and setting alarms. Each visit includes focused attention, playtime, and a check to make sure your dog (or cat) is safe, comfortable, and relaxed before I leave. I always send a detailed update and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands while you’re away.

About: I really love pets, honestly in my free time I would just non stop watch dog whisperer episodes and I loved it so much. I truly have a passion for animals and I would love being able to contribute to making their lives more enjoyable even if it’s just something as little as taking them for a walk. I am currently working as a caretaker for my grandmother and I study for college along with taking singing/fighting classes. I would love to spend my free time caring for pets, it’s truly a passion of mine. I have a cat in my home, shes super sweet and never aggressive. I say this to basically say that I am very confident in Tucker being able to handle her while staying calm, composed, and most of all keeping my pup safe. He listens to my training routine (based on what my dog trainers have told me to best handle Butterbean), and Tucker listened and implemented it. I can tell Butterbean is in good hands with Tucker because when I come home she’s happy and relaxed (some other walkers I’ve previously used left my dog more anxious). I live in a house with a fenced yard so I let them roam around, run, play, sniff. I go on daily walks around the neighborhood. (which is very good for that mental stimulation)!
