We needed someone to watch him during a long trip, and since he had never stayed with her before, she generously offered not one, but two meet-and-greets. The first was to meet us and Apollo, and the second allowed him to get comfortable in her home before his stay. From the very beginning, Amy was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. Her family was just as excited to have Apollo and made him feel right at home. She took the time to listen to all of our instructions and learn about Apollo’s preferences, and she truly embraced having him as part of her family while we were away. “I have to say, this is my first experience with Rover. I was leary at first leaving my Cat with anyone, but Robin made me feel so comfortable. Robin answers quickly and provides pics and updates all along. When I contacted Robin, she came over for a meet and greet and Callie was paying no mind to her. It was nice to see in the pic that Callie allowed her to get close. Callie is very shy and doesn't like to come out of hiding. About: I’ve been a dog mom for more than 15 years of my life. I have a small senior dog who gets along with everyone. We love having other dogs hang out with us. I’m very active and enjoy taking dogs for all kind of fun walks. I currently work from home 3 days a week and spend lots of weekends at home taking care of my senior dog. I am the go to person with all my friends and family when it comes to pet care. My senior dog spends much of his time in a giant play pen sleeping in our apartment. About: Ive had my own dogs for the past 15 years and have taken care of multiple pets of all different species and sizes! “Regina is absolutely amazing. I knew she was wonderful right from our meet and greet. She met my adult dog Otto and my foster puppy Lula. Lula stayed with Regina for over a week and she was so accommodating and helpful. Lula was growing so much and destroyed all her toys so Regina even bought her a harness and some toys! She was worried Lula would be sad because she got so attached to her that she even walked her over to me so that Lula would see Otto in hopes that that would cheer her up! I now use her for walks when I'm in the office and stays if needed! Regina is wonderful and Lula loved her so much 🥹”
“We had a wonderful experience boarding our 8-year-old Greyhound (Annie) with Tyler! After reaching out, we set up a meet and greet where Tyler showed us around and made us and Annie comfortable with the environment. When we came to drop Annie off, Tyler came out to greet us and even helped carry some items inside! During the stay, Tyler sent photos to us every two hours! On top of that, Tyler took Annie on at least four to five walks a day (many more than she gets at home!) Tyler was attentive to our concerns and shared updates that were important to us. Namely, Tyler let us know when Annie finally began eating her (she's a picky east, especially when she's not at home). When we came to pick Annie up, Tyler was just as helpful as when we dropped her off. He brought all the items out to our car, which was a great help after a long and tiring weekend for us. We will DEFINITELY be reaching out to Tyler in the future!”
