Hi! I’m Anita! I’m a professional in clinical research for progressive diseases who has the biggest heart for furry friends of all kinds 🐶 🐱 I’ve always been my friends’ and family’s go to person when it comes to taking care of their pups, whether those are elderly dogs (11 years old) or ones with disabilities (hip dysplasia). I always make sure to accommodate to every pet’s and owner’s needs ☺️

Anita and her partner are the best dog-sitters - we cannot express our gratitude enough for taking incredible care of our dog for a week! They are the most loving, thoughtful, caring, and kindhearted carers. We could tell how happy our dog was in their hands - smiling and running to their door, ready to find new toys to play with, and go on walks. They sent us constant updates, photos, and videos. Anita and her partner are the most incredible dogsitters - they watched our 9 month old (moderate to high-energy) puppy for 5 nights while we went on our first trip. I cannot express how grateful I am to Anita and her partner for taking the BEST care of our puppy. They constantly checked in with multiple photos and videos every single day, gave us updates on eating/sleeping/bathroom habits, and followed our instructions to the T. Our puppy loved them, and we feel so happy to have found these two. Thank you to Anita and her partner for being so attentive, energetic, and loving towards our puppy. We will CERTAINLY be booking with them for future visits. Anita is the best! Our dog absolutely loves spending time with her and she always sends us lots of photos, which we love, and frequent updates.

Schedule
I currently work from home 5 days of the week so I have time to take your dogs out on walks mid day if necessary as well. I’m only a 10 minute walk Socrates park and always more than happy to bring your pup to there for some fun in the sun and grass ☀️ I’m also an early riser so I can help to take your pups on walks in the morning. I am also generally are free on weekends so I’m happy to look after your furry babies while you’re away for the weekend or need a a few hours for date night 💕

In addition to specific rules from the client, I’d always make sure the dog feels comfortable and like they can trust me. I always ensure food and water are available in a clear and neutral location that is always accessible to the pup. I also generally make sure to maintain an extremely tidy and naturally lit home so that pups can feel at ease in my space.
A typical day
I love to provide all dogs with the type of mental and physical stimulation they need. I live quite close to a couple larger parks (Socrates Sculpture Park, Rainey Park) that I can bring them on walks. I have taken care of friends’ pups that are very high energy and offered to take them on hikes I go on as well, just so they can get a change in city scenery and smells.
