Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. About: I grew up with cats, actually! While I currently dont have the ability to adopt my own fuzzies again, I do help out with friends who go on vacations and things like that. **I also do bunnies! I was an ARBA registered judge and show rabbit breeder, 4H judge, and 4H instructor and animal trainer.** Pregnant and not allowed to change your kitty's potty? Or maybe youre like my friends and you have to be out of town for a vacation or family meeting, but cant take your fuzzies with you. Some cats do not do well with a boarding kennel situation, so skip the stress and giving them anxiety- hire someone to come check on them at home! Kittens to seniors, all are welcome- even the grumpy ones. Are they on a diet? Do they like tube treats? Even if they made a stinky, I will dump all of the litter out & wash the pan, then put the bag outside in the trash bin so that its not smelling up the house. History: My mother had a long haired tortie before I was born (she tolerated me as much as she was willing from what I was told) and when I was 4, we adopted a creamsicle boy from the neighbors (orange & white tabby). That cat was my best friend for 13 years before I had to say goodbye. We waited a bit, then went to the shelter and adopted a shorthair baby tortie that was really more of my mother's cat (like the previous tortie, although I didnt pick her because of the color). I'd drop in from college and even visit from out of state years later to take care of the tortie while my mother was on vacations. She was a very shy, quiet cat vs my creamsicle who was a big bold boy (he was just a massive cat, not overweight) and even though she knew who I was, I wasnt HER person, therefore my only purpose (to her) was food, water, and litterbox cleaning. Even though I used to play with her when she was younger, I respected her boundaries because in her defense, I *did* move out after the first few years of her life. She lived to be 16. Meanwhile I adopted a little white sock, white blaze, gray tabby girl just after college and had her for only 7 years before her number was called. She was a little purr machine cuddle bug until the day she took her final nap. After the loss of her and my dog, I personally havent had the time or housing requirements to be able to own pets again, so I do what I can to help other busy pet parents!

Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”

To explain, I had to go into my office LAST minute and at 1230 am it was my first time using this app and I posted requests for someone to basically dog sit for the same day- she was immediately responsive even though it was a last minute request. I saw she had already gotten consistent great reviews and I was worried to leave my 7 week old shih tsu (like a baby) with anyone ) -Jameeka she handles all dog ages - she was responsive, kept me updated throughout the day. I even got stuck in traffic on the way for pick up and was late she was fine. I’m currently a part-time in training vet assistant, I’m off Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. I miss working pet Daycares but my current schedule can change so something flexible like this is a better fit I care for the pets as I do in my professions, I listen to all and any instructions and rules set by the pet parent(s) and use my understanding of pet behavior to ensure a safe environment or walk for the pet. If the pet has any allergies then I’ll ensure to avoid bringing/consuming/interacting with said allergen a day ahead of seeing the pet in question. If the pet is reactive on walks then I prepare myself with treats and toys and keep a safe distances from possible triggers. For walks, by default I don’t allow pets in my care to interact with other animals outside unless the pet parent is ok with allowing it. For home visits or house sitting I don’t mind hand playing with pets, however some pet parents prefer no roughhousing or only engaging in play with pet toys. I’m perfectly fine with either choice in husbandry. Should a bite incident occur I will notify you and continue to care for your pet as safely as the situation allows. While a bite is never a fun experience a level 1 - 3 bite incident won’t disrupt the current care appointment you had originally booked.

About: My name is Deshaun, a former tv meteorologist, and I love dogs. I am experienced with taking care of dogs through family and friends. Giving animals as much love as possible is my motto. Show them as much love and attention as possible and always be on alert with pets. Never leave peers on their own. Make sure that they are well fed. About: Hello! My name is Jhoceline and I live in Grimes, IA! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my husband Luis, baby boy and doggie Luna. Although it is an apartment the space is cozy with a balcony overlooking a pond with and has a spacious living room for the dogs to run around. The neighborhood is relaxed and very pet friendly. I’ve has doggies as far back as I can remember so I definitely have a soft spot for animals! We are here to have a day filled with play or a lazy one on the couch enjoying a nice movie! We have a lot of open space in the community as well as a nice trail just a few minutes away for those extra long walks! My goal is to make sure your pup enjoys their stay away from home and is comfortable as possible. I will maintain any schedules you have and make sure your dog gets extra love during their time apart. I am able to host from small to large dogs at my home but am also available for traveling/sitting if you prefer I stay in your home! I’m currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to give your pup the attention they need whether that means going on extra long walks or relaxing on the couch with some belly rubs! I have a spacious balcony overlooking a beautiful pond for this mid-day sun naps! I also have a friendly pup who will keep your fur baby entertained.

I have successfully potty trained several puppies as well as basic training. I have walked/cared for dogs from several companies with consistent 5 star reviews now that i have children i have slowed down. I am also cat and dog first aid/cpr certified by the redcross. I am very knowledgeable and hope to welcome you and your pup to the Ruff House . I am a stay at home mom so i am home all day everyday i find so much joy in caring for my family and dogs I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company! I also have a crate for just in case. Dogs are usually free roaming i do not crate any dogs at all unless it is requested.
