About: I have 4 years of experience volunteering at an animal shelter where I worked with both dogs and cats. With dogs, I have experience with all ages, ranging from 5 week old puppies to senior dogs. I have walked and played with dogs who were the most outgoing and loving dogs, as well as the more fearful ones who needed a little extra attention before opening up to me. About: Grew up around cats and dogs, so I do know my way around them. I’m always the go to person for friends and family when they need help or dog sitting. I work full time, however that doesn’t stop me from coming home to my babies and have a play session before bed. Weekends are devoted solely to them and can never forget a brunch date without Dumbo. About: I had being around animals my entire life, and I consider pets as a part of the family. For me an animal is just like a person, most of them are like kids if you go out, bring water, snacks and toys for them. If your in the house they want attention and all the love that you can give them. Always have clean clean and fresh water, give them the food on time, play with them and always take care of them. Don’t leave them for long periods of time by themselves, and make sure they are healthy. Take them out at least two times at day and if it’s to cold outside put them the coat and the boots if it is necessary.

About: Most notably, I have worked for Dan's Pet Care as a dog walker in Manhasset for 6 months. I would walk dogs, sometimes feed them, give them water, give them medication, pick up and drop them off to and from the petcare center if asked to. To put it shortly, I have lots of experience with new dogs. I also used to work at The Allypond Environmental Center, along with owning pets throughout my life and still do to this day such as dogs, cats, birds, fish, and guinea pigs. I've also taken care of my and other family members dogs some who have had casts on a leg. I'm used to taking care of my pet bird everyday along with helping the stray cat who we have fed for months now, all the dogs I've ever owned sadly passed away but I've always took care of them. I have a secure home and a fenced yard with plenty of space, on top of that my neighborhood is fairly quiet with 3 nice parks nearby for good long walks.

About: Ive had my own dog since i was little so i know to have patience and attentive. It was helpful the 2 years experience of pet sitting and walking dogs for other clients. I've clean litters, feed pets, stayed a little longer to play with them. I dont mind doing a wash and dry. I like to go out so it'll be mini trips in my car i can get a dog seat if they're small pets. i also make homemade meals optional completely healthy. About: Currently I've been fostering dogs for about a year now, the youngest I have done is 3 months old. I also own 3 cats of my own so I get the best of both worlds. :) Currently I am not working so my availability is open! If it is not overnight pet sitting I generally will not do the nighttime depending on how late it is, but it can be negotiated if needed. For my foster dogs I walk them usually 4 times a day and let them run around in my yard to get their zoomies out. I like to spend time with them to make sure they feel loved giving them toys and treats and lots of pets too. For my cats, I love to spend time with them too! My goal is not only to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, but also to give parents real peace of mind while they are away. Caring for dogs is a major part of my daily life and my full-time focus. Because I have a flexible schedule, I’m able to provide consistent supervision, regular potty breaks, outdoor play, feeding, rest time, and plenty of individual attention throughout the day. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and adjusting their routine so they can feel safe, comfortable, and at home during their stay. I’m pet CPR certified and also a certified groomer, so I’m comfortable providing basic coat care, brushing, bathing, and grooming services when requested. For longer boarding stays, I’m happy to include a complimentary basic bath when appropriate. For shorter stays, bathing or grooming services can be added for an additional fee. My priority is always to provide attentive, reliable, and personalized care for every dog staying with me. I live in a clean and well-kept home with a private backyard of approximately 900 square feet, giving dogs plenty of space for supervised outdoor play, potty breaks, and fresh air throughout the day. I also have additional rooms available, which allows me to separate dogs by size, energy level, or comfort needs when necessary. This helps each dog have a safe and quiet place to rest, settle in, and decompress without feeling overwhelmed. I have a 3-year-old Border Collie who is very sweet, gentle, and full of positive energy. He has done very well with other dogs and enjoys spending time and playing with them. I carefully supervise all interactions and introduce dogs gradually, while paying close attention to their body language, personality, and comfort level. I never force dogs to interact if they need more time or personal space. Throughout the day, I provide regular potty breaks, supervised backyard time, playtime, and plenty of opportunities to relax comfortably indoors. I also try to follow each dog’s normal feeding, sleeping, and daily routine as closely as possible. Sleeping arrangements can be flexible based on the owner’s preference and the dog’s needs. For dogs who are more sensitive or feel more secure near people, I can arrange for them to sleep in the same room with me. After outdoor time, I clean the dogs’ paws to help keep them comfortable and maintain a clean living environment. I also pay attention to brushing and overall cleanliness throughout their stay. My goal is to provide a safe, structured, and welcoming home where every dog receives individualized care and owners can feel confident while they are away.

“Lal, Matt & Hank were great! My doggy boys stayed with them for a week while we were travelling out of state and they looked like they were having a nice little doggy vacation themselves with their new found friends. Lal would keep us updated with how our boys were doing by also posting pictures and videos along with the texts and e-mails. Lal really took the time to get to know the boys well specially during their meet and greet. Plus the fact that their LabraDoodle, Hank got along very well with the boys made me really feel at ease. I would definitely pick them again for our upcoming travels. So happy to know that my doggy boys were in good hands while we were away. Highly recommended.”
