I was SO extremely nervous about leaving my 2 dogs and cat for 8 days when I went on a cruise, but Magdalena made me feel so comfortable. She came over and met me and my animals once before booking and then again a month later to the day before I left for the cruise, which was very nice of her and really put me at ease.
