“Laura was so conscientious with our two pandemic scaredy-cats! She took careful notes of all instructions, and texted them to me to make sure she had everything correct. She got one of them to warm up to her and managed to find our other expert hider, Maximo, and send us pics of him in his little hidey hole under our covers. One day, she had trouble finding Maximo. She had to leave for an appointment, but she actually came back later in the day to make sure she laid eyes on him to ease our nerves. Laura is a dedicated professional who also really cares about animals. I hope she will become our regular pet sitter, and would recommend her to anyone!”
