About: For the last four years I’ve lived in a home with two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. One was a senior at 13 years old and the other is three. I’ve learned how to adapt to their different needs based on age and personality while setting boundaries and aligning to my Housemate’s desires for their care. (Which has helped me get to know new dogs pretty quickly.) We walk, play and cuddle. When needed I administer medication, feed them, and sometimes cook for them. I look forward to chatting with you about your family’s needs. When house sitting I do not schedule any other families for walks or drop-ins. The care I provide is all inclusive so that your baby gets all of my love and care. If I am not house sitting, I’m available everyday after 11am for walks and drop-ins within a 1 mile radius of lower Rockridge or easily reachable by public transportation. To ensure safety and comfort, I won’t be walking any other dogs outside of your household. I am available to spend time with your pet(s) in their home where they will be the most comfortable. I’ll come to you for walks.

About: I cared for my own senior dog before he passed and understand how important patience, consistency, and routine are for pets. I’m experienced with regular walks, slower-paced outings, feeding routines, potty breaks, and keeping pets calm and comfortable. I’m also attentive to details like medication timing and following owner instructions closely. I’m especially comfortable with adult and senior dogs who benefit from a calm, reliable presence. I currently work on a flexible, self-directed schedule from home while writing a book, which allows me to be available for weekday walks and drop-in visits. About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I treat every pup like one of my own! I’m experienced with small breeds, energetic dogs, and those who just want a cozy lap and some extra attention. Whether we’re playing fetch, going on walks, or enjoying a lazy afternoon nap, my goal is to make your dog feel safe, loved, and completely at home. As a pup parent myself, I believe pet parents deserve frequent updates and lots of photos, so you can relax knowing your best friend is having a great time too. I work from home so I’m flexible during the day and evenings for pet care. I tend to go to the dog park or on hikes a couple times per week. I have a small friendly dog in my home that gets along with most other dogs. He loves to play, and also is happy to leave other dogs alone. I make sure my client’s homes are better than how I found them. I like to send lots of pics and updates when staying in clients homes, and of course follow all rules and guidelines.

About: For 5 years I worked at a dog daycare with all kinds of canines! For most of my time there, I was an overnight caretaker, solely responsible for anywhere between 5-99 dogs. I’ve worked with pups of all ages, many breeds, and many needs. Before that, I spent my teenage years volunteering at a local shelter, where I walked and cuddled dogs from all walks of life, and got the hang of getting nervous newcomers out of their shell. And it’s not just dogs I love, but all kinds of critters big and small! I have a cat and lizard, I enjoy any opportunity I have to cat-sit, and exotic pets whose care may be more than some want to handle are my pleasure! I’m happy to tailor care however you’d like to give your little friend the best! I’m free for the summer before my classes start, which gives me plenty of opportunity to care for your pets! I am mostly available after noon, and my availability is very open on all days but Friday I can only do walks or home visits as my house is already occupied by a disapproving cat, but while I’m with your pet I’ll be sure to give them exactly the care they need! I’m happy to give walks and visits where they’ll have all my attention, and I have experience administering any medication (non-injectable) that they require. If they’re just in need of company, I can supervise them in your yard, cuddle or hold them, or simply work quietly nearby if they would rather do their own thing without being alone. When I’m with your pet, I will always be reachable, so if you need to give instructions or check in on your pet, I can respond immediately

About: Animals have always been a very important part of my life. Growing up, my mother operated a small pet rescue and animal shelter organization in Asia, and from a very young age I helped care for rescued dogs, cats, and abandoned animals alongside her. Over the years, we helped rescue and rehome thousands of animals, many of whom came from difficult or traumatic situations. caring for animals feels completely natural to me. I do not see pets as “just animals.” I genuinely believe they are family members who deserve love, patience, emotional safety, and respect. In many ways, I believe animals carry one of the purest forms of unconditional love, and sometimes they deserve even more kindness and gentleness than humans receive. I have experience caring for pets with very different personalities, medical conditions, and emotional needs, including senior pets, rescue animals, anxious dogs, and cats requiring medication and special routines. About: Hi! We’re Courtney, Jack, and Gus a quiet, respectful little trio who love animals, nature, and a peaceful home. Gus is our incredibly well-behaved Blue Heeler. He’s calm, cuddly, silent, and happiest staying close by our side. He has lived comfortably with both cats and dogs and is gentle, curious, and easygoing around other animals. While he mostly enjoys doing his own thing, he will take a curious sniff and occasional playing with other dogs- though solo ball and sticks are his life’s work. We’re sober and non-smoking artists with an art studio in Oakland, CA. We live quietly and genuinely enjoy creating calm, clean, and cared-for spaces wherever we stay. In our free time we love traveling, camping, swimming, and hiking in nature. Courtney has been a nanny for 17 years taking care of kiddos, pets and keeping houses in order and both of us have managed a property together. We also have experience taking care of horses and chickens on farms. We are dreaming of being long term caretakers for someone’s land someday! About: I was raised in a rural area surrounded by all kinds of animals, and we always had dogs and cats growing up. I have had the pleasure of dog and cat sitting numerous times over the years. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats and enjoy spending time with them. I'm new to the Bay Area and looking to devote my time to your pet's schedule. I'm looking forward to getting outside and exploring new neighborhoods with some furry friends. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. I stick closely to their pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications to help them feel secure and stress-free. About: hi! i’m supriya :) i’m a cat mom to a sassy tortie named tiger, who accompanied me all throughout my college experience! i also love & miss my sweet & shy cavapoo (who lives with my parents on the east coast). i’m experienced with all the basic caretaking for cats & dogs, including but not limited to: dog-walking, brushing, clipping nails, feeding dry & wet food, giving oral medication, litter cleaning, teasing my cat with laser toys :P & lots & lots of cuddles <3 i also cared for three different pairs of gerbils & am familiar with cage-cleaning, feeding, setting up baths, cuddling, & so on. i’m open to gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc! i’m a grad student, so my schedule is flexible based on my classes! i’ll have more availability this summer (in july & august) as well :) i will always ensure that your pet gets attention & care! i understand that if you’re traveling or out of the house, this might be the only interaction your pet is getting that day, & i will be mindful of being present with them & providing them with lots of love <3 i’m happy to take photos to send if you’re missing them! & let me know about their favorite activities :P

Entirely understand the dedicated care that indoor cats need. I promise to keep your pets safe, happy, and well-loved during every drop-in and walk! I offer flexible scheduling that easily accommodates regular dog walking and home drop-in visits throughout the week. Because pet care is my main focus, I have plenty of time to dedicate to playing with your cats, taking your dogs on refreshing walks, and sticking precisely to your pet’s preferred daily routine. Safety is my absolute highest priority during every walk and home visit. When arriving at your home, I double-check that all doors, windows, and gates are fully secured so indoor cats and dogs remain safely inside. On walks, I am always highly alert to our surroundings, keep dogs on a secure leash, and make sure they stay cool and hydrated. I will also send you detailed updates and photos after every single visit so you have complete peace of mind!

About: Hey I’m Izzy! I’m here to treat your fur babies as if they’re mine. When I’m with your dog I like to stimulate their mind by bringing treats and toys and have fun with some training (of course with your permission first!). I am currently a self employed dog trainer so I do know how to handle different types of dogs. My main experience is training and I frequently work with service dogs. I have experience with all kinds of temperaments so don’t be shy to let me know if your dog has an anxiety issue or is overly excited. My upmost important priority is making your dog feel as comfortable as possible when he or she is under my care. I can’t wait to meet all these beautiful faces! I am also a student and still new to the bay area. Luckily at the moment my schedule is rather flexible, I can potentially adjust my schedule for your pet on certain occasions! I will follow whatever instructions you give me when I stay over at your home. There will be constant supervision when let outside or on a walk. Your dog will have a warm bed (or crate) to sleep in and their mental + physical needs will be met everyday!
