About: For the last four years I’ve lived in a home with two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. One was a senior at 13 years old and the other is three. I’ve learned how to adapt to their different needs based on age and personality while setting boundaries and aligning to my Housemate’s desires for their care. (Which has helped me get to know new dogs pretty quickly.) We walk, play and cuddle. When needed I administer medication, feed them, and sometimes cook for them. I look forward to chatting with you about your family’s needs. When house sitting I do not schedule any other families for walks or drop-ins. The care I provide is all inclusive so that your baby gets all of my love and care. If I am not house sitting, I’m available everyday after 11am for walks and drop-ins within a 1 mile radius of lower Rockridge or easily reachable by public transportation. To ensure safety and comfort, I won’t be walking any other dogs outside of your household. I am available to spend time with your pet(s) in their home where they will be the most comfortable. I’ll come to you for walks.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I treat every pup like one of my own! I’m experienced with small breeds, energetic dogs, and those who just want a cozy lap and some extra attention. Whether we’re playing fetch, going on walks, or enjoying a lazy afternoon nap, my goal is to make your dog feel safe, loved, and completely at home. As a pup parent myself, I believe pet parents deserve frequent updates and lots of photos, so you can relax knowing your best friend is having a great time too. I work from home so I’m flexible during the day and evenings for pet care. I tend to go to the dog park or on hikes a couple times per week. I have a small friendly dog in my home that gets along with most other dogs. He loves to play, and also is happy to leave other dogs alone. I make sure my client’s homes are better than how I found them. I like to send lots of pics and updates when staying in clients homes, and of course follow all rules and guidelines.

Experience house sitting, dog walking, and kitty care dating back to college days, but taking advantage of a newly flexible schedule to connect with more animals after years of corporate work! My days are currently flexible outside of my daily morning yoga practice and splitting my own pet care with my partner, which currently includes a 30 minute lunchtime walk of my own pups. About: I grew up with two Golden Retrievers and more cats than I can count, so being around animals has always been a big part of my life. I’m starting graduate school to become a psychotherapist, and I would like to think that says a lot about the kind of person I am. I genuinely enjoy caring for others animals and humans alike, and I’m patient, reliable, and attentive. I’ll make sure your animals feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages along the way. I work at a psychiatric clinic during the week, so I’m usually available after 6:30 pm on weekdays and most weekends. I’m flexible with mornings, evenings, and overnights on weekends and can plan ahead to fit your pet’s routine. I’m good about following routines closely, feeding, walks, and any specific instructions and making sure your animals feel comfortable and cared for. I work at a psychiatric clinic, so I’m used to being very attentive, structured, and calm. I think that naturally carries over with animals too. I stay attuned to your animals’ mood and pay attention to their behavior and try to meet them where they’re at, whether they’re playful, nervous, or just want space. I’m new to Rover, but I’ve cared for pets for friends and family for many years.

About: Animals have always been a very important part of my life. Growing up, my mother operated a small pet rescue and animal shelter organization in Asia, and from a very young age I helped care for rescued dogs, cats, and abandoned animals alongside her. Over the years, we helped rescue and rehome thousands of animals, many of whom came from difficult or traumatic situations. caring for animals feels completely natural to me. I do not see pets as “just animals.” I genuinely believe they are family members who deserve love, patience, emotional safety, and respect. In many ways, I believe animals carry one of the purest forms of unconditional love, and sometimes they deserve even more kindness and gentleness than humans receive. I have experience caring for pets with very different personalities, medical conditions, and emotional needs, including senior pets, rescue animals, anxious dogs, and cats requiring medication and special routines. I am highly attentive to behavioral changes, feeding routines, emotional comfort, cleanliness, and creating calm environments where animals feel safe and relaxed.

My daughter joins me for walks and visits when appropriate, under my supervision, and absolutely adores spending time with animals. I plan my schedule around dog walks and drop-in visits after school and work so that pets receive reliable, on-time care and unhurried attention. Anytime after 5pm M-F and Saturday and Sundays we are pretty open, just send a request and we will do our best to accommodate you and your fur baby. I intentionally limit the number of bookings I accept to ensure each pet (including our own fur babies) gets the time, patience, and care they deserve. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I focus on providing calm, attentive, and reliable care while maintaining your pet’s normal routine. I am the primary caregiver and personally handle all walks, visits, communication, and safety. My daughter may accompany me at times under my supervision and helps provide extra love and companionship, but all care decisions and responsibilities are mine. During walks, I prioritize safety first by using secure leashes, following your preferred routes, and adjusting pace and distance to your dog’s age, energy level, and comfort. Walks include positive reinforcement, sniff time, and plenty of attention. For drop-in visits, I make sure your pet is comfortable and cared for by providing fresh food and water, potty breaks, playtime, medication if needed, and lots of affection. I respect your home, follow all instructions carefully, and always leave things tidy. I provide regular updates with notes and photos so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. Every pet is treated like a member of our family, with patience, kindness, and consistency.

About: I genuinely love dogs and have hands-on experience helping friends who sit professionally. I’m patient with puppies, attentive to seniors, and focused on building trust, safety, and fun. As a STEM student at UC Berkeley, I have free breaks and especially open weekends, which I love spending walking, caring for, and bonding with dogs. In clients’ homes, I follow feeding routines, give walks, refresh water, offer play or comfort, clean up after them, and share photo updates for reassurance.
