About: I've taken care of many dogs from chihuahua's, poodle mixes, corgi's and pointers. I have the most experience with small dogs but would love to take care of your large pups too! I have experience caring for and feeding medication to senior dogs from Muttville in San Francisco and lived and cared for a very anxious corgi for two years so have a lot of experience navigating and understanding when a dog needs space. I cannot wait to meet your pup! I'm starting grad school in late august so have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available weekdays and weekends for now and will update my schedule once school is back in session. I have a small fenced in yard if the pup needs a quiet enclosed area to play in. I have experience crating anxious corgis and giving medication and am willing to follow any rules you have to ensure good training and safety for your dog. Ultimately, I just want you and your pet to be comfortable!

I am the primary caregiver and fully responsible for all services, scheduling, communication, and safety. My daughter joins me for walks and visits when appropriate, under my supervision, and absolutely adores spending time with animals. I plan my schedule around dog walks and drop-in visits after school and work so that pets receive reliable, on-time care and unhurried attention. Anytime after 5pm M-F and Saturday and Sundays we are pretty open, just send a request and we will do our best to accommodate you and your fur baby. I intentionally limit the number of bookings I accept to ensure each pet (including our own fur babies) gets the time, patience, and care they deserve. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I focus on providing calm, attentive, and reliable care while maintaining your pet’s normal routine. I am the primary caregiver and personally handle all walks, visits, communication, and safety. My daughter may accompany me at times under my supervision and helps provide extra love and companionship, but all care decisions and responsibilities are mine. During walks, I prioritize safety first by using secure leashes, following your preferred routes, and adjusting pace and distance to your dog’s age, energy level, and comfort. Walks include positive reinforcement, sniff time, and plenty of attention. For drop-in visits, I make sure your pet is comfortable and cared for by providing fresh food and water, potty breaks, playtime, medication if needed, and lots of affection. I respect your home, follow all instructions carefully, and always leave things tidy. I provide regular updates with notes and photos so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. Every pet is treated like a member of our family, with patience, kindness, and consistency.

I’m starting graduate school to become a psychotherapist, and I would like to think that says a lot about the kind of person I am. I genuinely enjoy caring for others animals and humans alike, and I’m patient, reliable, and attentive. I’ll make sure your animals feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages along the way. I work at a psychiatric clinic during the week, so I’m usually available after 6:30 pm on weekdays and most weekends. I’m flexible with mornings, evenings, and overnights on weekends and can plan ahead to fit your pet’s routine. I’m good about following routines closely, feeding, walks, and any specific instructions and making sure your animals feel comfortable and cared for. I work at a psychiatric clinic, so I’m used to being very attentive, structured, and calm. I think that naturally carries over with animals too. I stay attuned to your animals’ mood and pay attention to their behavior and try to meet them where they’re at, whether they’re playful, nervous, or just want space. I’m new to Rover, but I’ve cared for pets for friends and family for many years.

About: For the last four years I’ve lived in a home with two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. One was a senior at 13 years old and the other is three. I’ve learned how to adapt to their different needs based on age and personality while setting boundaries and aligning to my Housemate’s desires for their care. (Which has helped me get to know new dogs pretty quickly.) We walk, play and cuddle. When needed I administer medication, feed them, and sometimes cook for them. I look forward to chatting with you about your family’s needs. When house sitting I do not schedule any other families for walks or drop-ins. The care I provide is all inclusive so that your baby gets all of my love and care. If I am not house sitting, I’m available everyday after 11am for walks and drop-ins within a 1 mile radius of lower Rockridge or easily reachable by public transportation. To ensure safety and comfort, I won’t be walking any other dogs outside of your household. I am available to spend time with your pet(s) in their home where they will be the most comfortable. I’ll come to you for walks.

About: Animals have always been a very important part of my life. Growing up, my mother operated a small pet rescue and animal shelter organization in Asia, and from a very young age I helped care for rescued dogs, cats, and abandoned animals alongside her. Over the years, we helped rescue and rehome thousands of animals, many of whom came from difficult or traumatic situations. caring for animals feels completely natural to me. I do not see pets as “just animals.” I genuinely believe they are family members who deserve love, patience, emotional safety, and respect. In many ways, I believe animals carry one of the purest forms of unconditional love, and sometimes they deserve even more kindness and gentleness than humans receive. I have experience caring for pets with very different personalities, medical conditions, and emotional needs, including senior pets, rescue animals, anxious dogs, and cats requiring medication and special routines. I am highly attentive to behavioral changes, feeding routines, emotional comfort, cleanliness, and creating calm environments where animals feel safe and relaxed.
