About: OVERNIGHT BUNNY BOARDING AND DOG/CAT/BUNNY DROP-IN VISITS! *dog overnight boarding rates are actually for bunny clients. Hi! My name is Danielle, and I'm an animal lover to the core! While I had my special needs rabbit, I realized how hard it was to find an experienced bunny baby-sitter, especially one that was able to administer medications and care. Now that my little bun has passed away, I thought I could offer this much-needed service to other bunny parents out there. I work from home and between having been previously employed at House Rabbit Society Headquarters, and also at an animal hospital for just over 7 years, I have had both actual training and years of experience to bring to the table...well over 20 years! You can trust that I will care for your little one as if they were my own. I have experience with special needs (medications, injections, fluid therapy, food prep, etc.), as well as a valuable understanding of bunny, cat, and dog behaviors and body language. I treat animals like family members and your fur-baby will be no different! I very much look forward to meeting you and your furry loved one! :) I work from home, so I generally have a fairly flexible schedule and am present quite a bit, making it easier to maintain your baby's schedule and care routines and give lots of attention. I offer Bunny Boarding in my home for a single or bonded pair (or trio depending on their space needs). They stay in my office in my condo, which means I will be around them a lot throughout the day, and away from hub-bub of other animals (like you might expect at other boarding locations) so it's easy to keep things quite and low-stress. For drop-in visits for cats/dogs/bunnies, I tend to spend a moment with treats and greetings before going into play or for walks, showing them I am trust worthy. If they enjoy it, I love giving brushies, and using their favorite toys to play. Always happy to do a little focus work for treats, so if you want me to reinforce any training commands, I would be happy to. Cuddles and petties are an essential and core part of the menu (and personally my favorite part), but I always read body language and energy cues as to how much affection they are interested in at the moment.

About: I’m animal lover at heart. Grew up with all types of pets and have always bonded and taken care of pets of friends and roommates. I am an active person who loves to be outside exploring the neighborhoods and parks. Excited to meet and care for neighborhood furry friends! I’m a stay at home dad of 2 boys and pretty much available on weekdays from 9am to 2pm - but also flexible beyond those times if needed. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly young dog at home. Crate is available if needed. I also have 2 boys ages 10 and 12 who love animals and are responsible.

About: I have had dogs all my life and for the last 10 years, I have had the most experience with small senior citizen dog through adoption or fostering. My goal with any dog sitting opportunity is to make sure the dog’s experience is as full of love as possible. I also have experience leaving my dog, Cody with rover sitters and at daycares so I know what kind of trust is required to let someone care for your baby. I don’t take that for granted. I am currently a law student and my availability is opening up as the semester winds down. I have 10+ years of professional work experience, but right now I’m dedicated to school and caring for your animals. I am nearly always in town over the weekend and able to host or house sit. At my home, pets get exercise walking around residential parts of Temescal and Rockridge. I do live in a studio though so unless your dog is small, it’s likely better and more comfortable for your dog if I were to house sit.

About: I have enjoyed a lifelong love of dogs and bring over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of many different kinds of temperaments and personality. I have loved and raised both energetic dogs (Golden Retriever and Border Collie) as well as my most recent rescue poodle mix Rudy who I saw through to the end of his 15th year. I am 100% equipped to take tender loving care of the special needs of senior pups and know how to administer meds to dogs of all ages. I am an avid walker and would welcome the chance to take your dog outside with me as needed. Dogs are not just pets to me but cherished family members who deserve the best. When your dogs are in my care, you can trust that they will be treated as my own, with attention, love and the respect they deserve. I work PT and mostly from home. I go my office (local) for around 4 hours, two days a week. Other than that, I am available to be with your dog or cat for most of the day if need be. I live in a large flat with ample room to run and play. I am able to crate your dog if preferred or needed. I do not have any other pets or children so your pup has my full attention.

About: Don’t tell my cat, but I’ve become a real dog person over the last 10 years. I love walking doggies and have extended stay dog sitting experience! I’m in the West Berkeley neighborhood and have a vehicle. Looking forward to exploring the neighborhood with your furry friends! I’m currently working part-time remotely so have lots of flexibility in terms of time and availability. I do travel from time to time but largely around the East Bay. I keep things clean. As a cat owner cleaning and sweeping litter is a ritual and there is nothing more that I loathe than left dog poo on the sidewalk and will always make sure your pet is properly cleaned up after. I love giving head scratches and cuddles to furry friends and like to make sure they feel extra loved when they are with me.

About: I fell in love with dogs when I was 12 and we got our first puppy, Kishu, a basset hound who tripped over her ears all the time. Since then I have cared for all types of dogs, puppy to senior, and loved them all. I have a black lab, Charlie, who I had to leave with my parents in SoCal when I moved up here for school. She’s happy being a spoiled grandchild, but it was really hard leaving her knowing I couldn’t afford a house with a yard up here. I’m hoping to get some dog time in with this app since I miss my baby Charchar so much, and I can’t wait to meet your pups! I’m currently a full time student, so I’m mostly available on weekends and Mondays to walk your dog or stop by to check on them. I am both gentle and able to lead to make sure your dog is lovingly taken care of when you need me. I’ll be there for you and your pup.

About: Since I was four years old I have owned both 2 dogs and 2 cats. With no set schedule or days I am hired to walk a neighbor's dog. I have also looked after my one family member's puppy and another's olders two dogs. I am currently a part time college student in Berkeley and have a lot of time on my hands daily. I hope to be able to use the extra time to support my community and their animal companions in ways I can do. At my home with my cat I feed her at night and we play during the day or night. When entering a home for a client I will greet the pet with love making sure they've been alright and nothing off. Then I do any task given to me by the owner. I keep pets or myself in a certain area if needed by the owner. I will ensure the safety of a pet as well their feelings and needs.
