About: Hi, I’m Cassandra, you can call me Cass if you like. I grew up in the farmlands of western Massachusetts, where animals were everywhere, so I’ve been surrounded by them my whole life. Most pets feel instantly comfortable with me, and I’ve even successfully tamed feral kittens for rehoming on several occasions. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and even a chicken or two, and I work part-time at a dog sanctuary fostering small dogs from Mexico to loving homes in the Bay Area. I’m patient, attentive, and adaptable, able to meet each pet’s unique needs—whether it’s a senior dog requiring extra care, a shy cat needing gentle reassurance, or a playful pup ready for walks and cuddles. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m a creative consultant helping mission-driven individuals and nonprofits reach their goals and make maximum impact. I work mostly from home, which allows me plenty of flexibility to accommodate dog walking times, feedings, and cuddle sessions. On the days I have in-person meetings, they typically last 1–3 hours, so I can easily plan around them to ensure pets get the attention and care they need throughout the day. I provide pet care exclusively in my clients’ homes. I live in a small 500-square-foot cottage with my two cats, and my adult daughter comes home from grad school occasionally, so caring for pets in my own home isn’t feasible. Focusing on in-home care allows me to give each pet personalized attention in their familiar environment, keeping them safe, comfortable, and stress-free while their families are away

About: I have been taking care of my two dogs since I was 15 years old, a small Yorkshire poodle and a medium-sized schnauzer mix. Neighbors in my hometown of Los Angeles have also relied on me to care for their dogs and cats when they are away for holiday vacations. My experience includes taking care of a 16-year-old dog named Pasha for several days, as well as caring for multiple cats in different households. This included looking after a pair of cats in one home and administering anxiety medication to another cat over a five-day period. I am a student at UC Berkeley and have a flexible schedule between classes and extracurricular activities, which allows me to spend plenty of time caring for pets. I am available throughout the day for walks, feeding, and check-ins, and I am also happy to help after classes, including longer visits or overnight stays if needed. I always ask clients for a list of responsibilities, so I know exactly what their pets need. I make sure to follow feeding schedules, spend time playing with and giving attention to the pets, and provide any care they require. I’m also happy to help keep the home tidy, like sweeping up leftover kitty litter, to make things easier for the owners.

About: I’ve been caring for pets ever since I was a kid, as we’ve owned them my whole life! I sat my parents down and presented them a handwritten PowerPoint explaining why I would be the absolute best and most responsible care giver! My 13 year old self was very persuasive, because we got 3 cats, which I still care for today! While I was only raised with cats in my home, I do have a lot of experience with dogs as well! Throughout college, I had numerous friends who had dogs, who would come to me to help care for their pets when their schedules got to busy. I would feed them, walk them, play with them, bathe them, clip their nails, and even stay in their homes to pet sit if their parent had a vacation scheduled. I will care for your fur baby in your home by first ensuring I follow any guidelines set by you as the owner. I will ensure your home is left as clean, if not cleaner, as when I arrived. I will ensure that your pet will have gotten all their zoomies out, and will be happy to see you once you arrive home and be ready to get cuddled up!
