Growing up, I regularly helped care for my family’s dogs whenever they needed support, which gave me plenty of hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playing, and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I’m also a cat parent to my two kitties, Michi and Kiki, whom I’ve raised since they were just 8 weeks old. They’ll soon be two years old! Reading in a chair with a cat in my lap or snoring nearby is very peaceful. I am responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. I work remotely and have a flexible work schedule, which gives me a lot of availability for pet visits. Nights and weekends are also free. I follow the lead of what is suggested by the pet owner: if a pet is required to stay within a gate on the bottom floor, for example. I always ask for an emergency contact number and a vet number just in case the pet owner is not available, in case something happens.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats and have been pet sitting for friends and family in Minnesota for years. Just relocated to the Bay Area and making it official on Rover. For the first time in my life, I don’t have a pet of my own. I’d love to take care of and spend that pet love on yours. I work remotely and run my own business, so my schedule is incredibly flexible. I can work around whatever your pet needs throughout the day. I’ve owned a reactive, anxiously attached dog, so I’m comfortable with the ones that need a little extra patience. Senior dogs, high-anxiety pups, all sizes, I’ve got it covered. I work remotely and my schedule is flexible. If your pet needs full-time company, I can take my calls and work from where they are. I only book when I’m fully available, so if I’m on the calendar, I’m present. I come to your pet so they stay in their own home, in their own routine, with their own familiar space. About: I've grown up with big dogs and am now a dog and cat mom. Before my dog I boarded friends' dogs with me, watching them while they were away. My big dog is from the shelter and is fearful, so I have experience with shy shelter dogs, training, and managing their triggers. I also walk others' dogs. My schedule is flexible and is different depending on the day of the week. Communication is key , but I will try to make things work. At clients' homes I will follow their instructions and communicate any questions. I make sure the doors are locked when I leave, and try to be careful entering so animals don't potentially run away. Depending on instructions or pet temperaments, I will observe and work with them for enrichment and socialization needs. I make sure there is enough water in the bowls and feed as needed. For cats, I clean the litterboxes. They will not be in my home since I have pets.

About: I will care and love for your dog just as much as you do. I've done occasional dog sitting over the last couple of years, and I always have such a great time with the dogs that I care for. I'm often called a dog whisperer because most dogs just gravitate towards me. I am unable to have a dog of my own at the moment so having the opportunity to care for yours would be amazing.
