Rob accepted right away and even picked our german shepherd up. About: I've grown up with big dogs and am now a dog and cat mom. Before my dog I boarded friends' dogs with me, watching them while they were away. My big dog is from the shelter and is fearful, so I have experience with shy shelter dogs, training, and managing their triggers. I also walk others' dogs. My schedule is flexible and is different depending on the day of the week. Communication is key , but I will try to make things work. At clients' homes I will follow their instructions and communicate any questions. I make sure the doors are locked when I leave, and try to be careful entering so animals don't potentially run away. “Rob was so great. We had a last minute no-show with another sitter one and a half hours before our vacation. I called customer service and they sent out requests. Rob accepted right away and even picked our german shepherd up. We didn't get a chance to introduce them because we were forced to head to the airport while finding arrangements, and our dog was very much on alert (via the cam) when Rob, a stranger to her, picked her up. He handled it extremely well and safely. He took her on a hike and updated us with happy pictures of her being played with and well exercised.
