“Lee is incredible! We boarded our dog Mochi with her for two weeks while we traveled, and Lee took wonderful care of her. Mochi can be nervous around new people and dogs, and Lee made sure she was comfortable and safe in her care. Lee is also super communicative and responsive, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend her!”

About: I’m a Fear Free Certified Professional, currently studying animal behavior. I’ve been running my own home based doggy daycare and boarding house for four years. My care is crate-free (unless that's what your pup's preferred at-home routine is,) with regular group outings to trails and the beach. I live in a two level home where the entire downstairs and fenced backyard are just for the dogs! It’s colorfully set up as the coolest doggie social club, but the pups are welcome throughout both levels of the home. They are never forcibly isolated and almost always prefer to be close to wherever I am. I keep my client list small and personal—almost all of my dogs have been with me for years. I don’t aim to pack the house; I aim to give the best experience possible for every dog and human involved. Even when clients start as one-offs, they usually stick around—because I strive to be a resource for dogs and their families. That’s why I call this place a home away from home. If you're interested, I invite you to come by for a meet and greet—see the space, meet me, and let me meet your little one. I look forward to being your dog’s new best friend! Canine care is my daily life. The dogs are with me throughout the day—whether we’re in the yard, around the house, or out on a trail. I structure my routine around their needs, with group outings, downtime, and a consistent rhythm. If my personal life calls me away, I have an amazing assistant Alaina who steps in. She also co-runs the daycare! I focus on keeping things consistent, calm, fun, and full of bonding—play, rest, outdoor time, and enrichment are all part of the daily rhythm. Outside of daycare hours, the space functions as our home too, so dogs experience a relaxed, real-life environment, not a facility. I send updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day.
“Marlene did an excellent job of communicating about MacGuyver's issues while we were away, for which we were very grateful. It was obvious Marlene loved our special needs dog very much (he's blind) and she did her best to walk him twice a day despite him not wanting to walk. (He needed the exercise to get tired and sleep). We will definitely hire Marlene again; her personality is super gentle and kind. Her apartment was impeccably clean every time I visited (3 times). THANK YOU MARLENE!”
“Danielle was amazing!! Took such great care of our pup Rosie, kept us up to date with plenty of pics and videos. This was our first time leaving our dog with someone else and we are so incredibly appreciative of Danielle’s care and attention.”

“Returned to a very happy pup! Received photos and updates often while I was away and all the planning and coordination was easy peasy. Hope to see Karen and Hisako again when the need arises. Very sweet people.”

“Madeleine was awesome with our two year old American Bully Nala for an overnight. Nala got very comfortable with her and we are now doing an extended four nights with her.”

“Robert and Brian went above and beyond when they took care of my dog last weekend! They are reliable, experienced, caring, and I would highly recommend them. My 70lb dog, who can be quite shy around new people, quickly warmed up to them during the meet & greet, which is a testament to their patience and experience with shy dogs. They also took time to answer all my questions and show me around where the dog would stay/the yard during the meet and greet. Throughout the weekend I received regular updates, including photos and videos, which really put my mind at ease. Robert and Brian took my dog on long walks, spent time playing tug, and even designed enrichment activities like painting for my dog. My dog returned happy and healthy. I am grateful to Robert and Brian for their care and would board my dog with them again.”

“Thank you Muriel for taking good care of Quill. We really appreciate your quick response to the initial request and the meet and greet. Also thanks for your flexibility in pick-up and drop-off. Loved the pictures you’d shared.”

“Gyasi is great! He took Sierra out for several walks each day, and some off leash play time too at the dog park. Sierra seemed right at home in all the photos and vids, and comfy on the couch and dog beds :-) Really appreciated his flexibility-- both for setting up a booking on short notice, and for when my flight was delayed and needed to schedule a later pickup. Very responsive and commutative; will book with him again!”

“Communication was awesome and timely. My 2yr old quite neurotic dog was soooo happy and had tons of fun with the kids. She got regular exercise at the dog park and I never had any concerns going away for almost 3weeks abroad. Great team!”

“Isaac and Jordan were amazing. They sent a good amount of updates and made sure Nemo felt right at home. I look forward to having them watch Nemo again!”

“Mary was an amazing dog sitter for Yali! We received multiple updates each day with super cute pictures. We could tell how well Mary cared for him and incorporated him into her routine, taking him on errands and walks all over the neighborhood. She was very considerate during our initial meet and greet, knowing how to introduce herself and her dog to Yali. This helped him feel comfortable and welcome in her home. She was so kind and sweet to Yali and we are looking forward to booking with her again!”

“Lovely person who was super communicative! She was very attentive of my senior buddy's health issues and her pup Snow seems like a really wonderful dog. Highly recommend!”

“Vanessa was so kind and careful with our pup Gumbo! We were extra nervous because we had to leave him with her for two weeks while he recovered from an injury. Following our vet’s instructions, she gave him his meds, restricted his activity, carried him up and down the stairs, and provided so much loving care. And she sent us lots of updates! Her pup Robin is so sweet too. We’re looking forward to Gumbo’s next stay with them.”

“Alexandra is a great sitter. She was very careful to gather information so she could personalize care for my dog. And she sent text and video updates. Would definitely take my dog here again!”

“Megan and Jenny exceeded our expectations by providing daily updates and of course superb care for Turbo. I could tell Turbo enjoyed the environment and interactions with Megan and Jenny. High recommended!”

“It was our first time trying Rover and Keara was AMAZING. She is kind, warm, and communicative - all the things you’d want when you are trusting your furry pet with someone. She was highly responsive and sent plenty of videos and pictures of my dog each day, throughout the day. She cuddled him, played with him, took him out with her in the backpack I provided for dinner with her and just kept him great company. I couldn’t have had a better experience and would highly recommend the wonderful Keara!”

“We loved our stay with Karen! The communication was very clear and quick, and Karen did a great job giving our pup a safe, structured stay with plenty of playing and time in the sun. :-)”
