Heather and Ilaria are great! My pups had a great time with lots of play time, cuddles, and naps. When they were picked up there was nothing but smiles from my pups. Heather sent lots of photos and updates which was great! I will definitely have them watch my pups again in the future :)
I can't recommend Heather and Ilaria highly enough! From our first interaction, communication was excellent. It was such a relief knowing Rio was in such caring and capable hands. I could tell Rio was happy and comfortable, and I appreciated cute photos! Heather and Elaria took incredible care of our pup Chewie. They suggested a meet and greet before booking which I truly appreciated. Heather’s background in training dogs was reassuring to me. Chewie loved his time with the two of them. Both daycare and overnight. He enjoyed playing with their dog Nala and cats too. He got to play in the park, learn to walk on a treadmill and even did some art projects with them. ❤️. You can tell both Heather and Elaria love the dogs they care for. We already booked them again and feel so fortunate. Thank you for your care of Chewie!

My puppy had such a fun full day with Heather! I was so relaxed knowing he was in such great hands while I was away for the day. Being able to see Socks have such a great time via picture and video updates throughout the day was awesome and very reassuring! Heather’s communication was excellent and professional! I take detailed notes to learn everything about caring for your pet while you're away. This ensures that the care I provide is entirely consistent to the care you provide your own pets. As a trainer, I understand how crucial it is to provide consistency and structure to your animal's routine. While you're away during your pet's stay, we send photo and video updates daily, so that you can see that while you're on vacation, they're enjoying their own vacation too!
