About: Hey I’m Izzy! I’m here to treat your fur babies as if they’re mine. When I’m with your dog I like to stimulate their mind by bringing treats and toys and have fun with some training (of course with your permission first!). I am currently a self employed dog trainer so I do know how to handle different types of dogs. My main experience is training and I frequently work with service dogs. I have experience with all kinds of temperaments so don’t be shy to let me know if your dog has an anxiety issue or is overly excited. My upmost important priority is making your dog feel as comfortable as possible when he or she is under my care. I can’t wait to meet all these beautiful faces! I am also a student and still new to the bay area. Luckily at the moment my schedule is rather flexible, I can potentially adjust my schedule for your pet on certain occasions! I will follow whatever instructions you give me when I stay over at your home. There will be constant supervision when let outside or on a walk. Your dog will have a warm bed (or crate) to sleep in and their mental + physical needs will be met everyday!

“My first time booking a sitter through Rover, and my senior dachshund loved the weekend he spent at Eiko’s place! She took amazing car of my dog and seemed super comfortable with the notes I left her—my dog is pretty easy going but can be a bit needy at times. I got a handful of updates throughout the weekend but I was also able to turn my attentions away and feel really comfortable leaving her in charge of the little guy. I’d definitely recommend her, and I’ll likely be looking to book here again!”

About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since childhood and deeply love connecting with animals. I supported my last dog through her later years and have sensitivity to the needs of elder puppies. I also enjoy the energy of younger dogs and live right near San Pablo park for dogs who like to socialize. I mostly work from home with occasional in person meetings during the week. I am available for pet care throughout the week and can let dogs out to the back yard throughout the day. I live in a quiet but lively neighborhood with lots of great areas to walk and sniff. The back yard is fenced in and allows space to lounge in the sun. There are no other pets or humans currently in the house so it is very peaceful and quiet most of the time. I don't take dogs from more than one household at a time. I check in on the pets I care for regularly and track their emotional as well as physical needs, giving pets and butt scratches often!

He sent professional looking photos of my dog on their walks and daily routine. “Zay was exceptional. She was kind enough to agree to meet with Bruno before I boarded him with her, and I was immediately surprised by how good she is with dogs. Bruno stayed with Zay and her dog for 6 days and I could tell Bruno was relaxed and enjoying himself. Many of the pics I received were of Bruno asleep or enjoying a snuggle session under the blanket, or him exploring on a walk. I received constant updates and Zay replied to all my texts promptly. I was very nervous as this was the first time ever that I boarded Bruno but Zay made the whole experience reassuring: while I was gone I never felt anxious about him not being comfortable at Zay’s place. I will definitely contact her again if I need help in the future!”
