About: I've grown up with big dogs and am now a dog and cat mom. Before my dog I boarded friends' dogs with me, watching them while they were away. My big dog is from the shelter and is fearful, so I have experience with shy shelter dogs, training, and managing their triggers. I also walk others' dogs. My schedule is flexible and is different depending on the day of the week. Communication is key , but I will try to make things work. At clients' homes I will follow their instructions and communicate any questions. I make sure the doors are locked when I leave, and try to be careful entering so animals don't potentially run away. Depending on instructions or pet temperaments, I will observe and work with them for enrichment and socialization needs. I make sure there is enough water in the bowls and feed as needed. For cats, I clean the litterboxes. They will not be in my home since I have pets.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for the past 3 years and absolutely love spending time with them. A family member owns a farm, and when their dog had puppies, I helped care for the litter and learned how important patience, love, and attention are. I treat every dog like my own and always make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. As a college student, I have free gaps between classes that allow me to provide reliable pet care, walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I follow each pet’s routine carefully, provide food and water, give plenty of attention, ensure safety, and keep their environment clean and comfortable for the pets and owners.

About: Hi! My name is Stephanie and I have been pet sitting for over 15 years. My love of animals has led me to initially start looking after family and friend's critters to wanting to help others as a way to care for their pets when they're busy or unable to. I have cared for both cats, dogs, even a pig, ranging from young to old. Currently, I provide daily check-ins to see how pets are doing. I also provide walks and play time so they get some engagement and aren't lonely while their owners are away on business or vacation or just busy with work. If you are looking for someone to help you with a walk, a check-in, or play time, please don't hesitate to contact me! I'm currently funemployed so my schedule is extremely flexible. For drop-ins, I drop in once in the morning at 8:30am and/or again in the evening at 6:30pm. For walks, they would be during middle of the day at around 1pm. Prior to an service, I try to communicate with pet owners about anything I should know. I prefer to over communicate to make sure everyone is on the same page and that I have everything I need to make every visit, stay, or walk successful. When visiting a client's home, I allow pets to come up to me first so they can get acquainted with me. I don't force interaction since that can break down trust. If any of the pets have soiled or damaged anything on the property, I'd document it, send it to the client, then clean up any mess. Whether I'm staying at someone's house or doing drop-ins, I give each pet lots of love and attention in the form of pets, belly rubs, and playing games with them. If they are skittish, I tend to let them approach me when they feel comfortable.

About: I’m a full time artist and WFH sitter with over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages including Puppies, seniors, special needs pets, and sensitive personalities. I live a calm and quiet lifestyle with my senior corgi, Mochi, and my sweet, dog friendly cat, Mumu. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet will get steady attention, a peaceful environment, and care that never feels rushed. My dog Mochi is 10 and has had many health issues, including back leg mobility problems. Caring for her has given me strong experience with senior dogs, medication schedules, mobility support, slow routines, anxious pets and even stroller walks. I grew up with many pets, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I’ve experienced a negligent sitter in the past whose carelessness sent my dog to the hospital. I also decided to start pet sitting as a way to help offset the rising costs of my senior dog’s insurance. It’s important to me that I can continue providing the best care for her and Rover lets me do that while offering attentive, reliable care to other pets as well. I WFH so I’m home most of the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine I already have a senior dog with daily feeding, meds so I’m used to gentle and structured care throughout the day. I take breaks to give pets attention, walks, playtime and lots of calm company. Your pet would be part of my daily rhythm not an afterthought I maintain a calm and supervised home where safety comes first. Pets get slow introductions and secure spaces and constant oversight since I work from home. My corgi is crate-trained and my cat has high-ground access so everyone has their own safe zones. I follow your schedule exactly : feeding, walks, meds, and activities so your pet stays on their normal routine. They’ll have a safe comfortable place to play or nap all day and can sleep with me at night if they'd like to. Diet & Feeding I follow your pet’s exact feeding schedule and portion sizes to keep everything consistent. I always make sure pets stay hydrated, especially in warmer weather. I feed my dog and guest dogs separately to avoid any food guarding or stress during mealtimes. Hygiene & Cleanliness I keep pets clean and comfortable throughout the day : wiping paws if needed, cleaning eye discharge and keeping their space tidy. I’m very detailoriented about maintaining a clean safe environment. Walk Safety All dogs are leashed outdoors at all times. I stay alert around other dogs separate pets immediately if there are signs of stress or tension and prevent ground eating or unsafe sniffing areas. I’m always attentive and I clean up after them every time. Sleeping Arrangements My own dog prefers her own bed and doesn’t sleep with me but your dog is welcome to sleep wherever they feel comfortable whether that’s in their own bed, the crate or in the bed with me for extra comfort. I make sure every pet has a safe cozy sleeping setup.

About: I provide one-on-one neighborhood dog walks tailored to each dog’s personality, energy level, and needs. I’ve been working with and caring for dogs for several years and currently run Still Hound, a professional dog walking and training business in the East Bay. I’m a dog trainer, so I pay close attention to canine body language and behavior and understand that every dog communicates differently. I’m comfortable working with dogs of different temperaments, including energetic, anxious, independent, or more challenging dogs. About: Hi! We’ve loved and cared for dogs with all kinds of personalities, and we’ll treat your pets like our own. Our most recent love was Luna, a 7-year-old Staffy-Lab pictured in our profile, who sadly passed from lymphoma after a year of chemotherapy. We’re not quite ready for a new fur baby of our own, but we miss having animal energy around and would love to care for yours. Tiff also raised a Chi-Weenie from puppyhood through her senior years, so we know just how special the bond with a dog can be. We work from home so we’re available for walks, feeding, and lots of playtime! Our schedules are flexible which means lots of love and pets available to your fur baby. We always make sure your dog is securely fitted in their harness and/or leash before leaving for walks. We also double check to make sure everything is locked up before leaving.

About: I've been watching dogs for about 7 years now, mostly small and medium dogs, and I have a real soft spot for herding breeds. I love going on walks with them, usually around 30-45 minutes in the neighborhood, to help burn off their energy and keep them active. I especially love walking younger, energetic dogs because I can go longer with them (getting my steps in) but, I also have a big love for senior dogs and take it slower and easier for them. Every dog is different, so I like to give them what they need — whether that's a good long walk or just sweet cuddles and their own space to relax. I try to keep things calm for them the whole time they're with me. I also send lots of pictures throughout the day so you can see your pup enjoying themselves and know they're safe and having a good time. Right now I'm actually watching a friend's dog, and I'd love to bring that same care to your pup too. I do ask for at least 24 hours' notice when possible, just so I can work around everyone's schedule and be fully ready for your dog. I have a lot of flexibility right now and I'm available throughout the week and most weekends, aside from Saturday nights. That means I can usually work around whatever schedule fits you and your pet best. I prefer taking care of animals in their own home. When their family is away, that can be a stressful, uncertain time for them, so making sure they still feel safe and at home is always my top priority. I keep their routine as normal as possible — same feeding times, same walks, same spaces — so the change feels as small as possible for them. If we're at my place instead, I love watching them explore and get curious about a new environment. Helping them feel comfortable and at ease is always the most important thing to me, whether that's in their home or mine.
