About: I started fostering dogs since Covid in 2020 and never stopped until I moved to California, recently. I have a lot of patience for both the stubborn and the anxious ones. I have been house-sitting and dogwalking in the Berkeley and Oakland area since 3 years ago. Happy to provide references. Thank you in advance in trusting me with your babies! I works as a math and science tutor for middle and high schoolers. So, I am a dog walker by day (until 2:30pm), and then I tutor between 1-3 hours on week nights. I live in a house with an aging Bernese mountain dog, so I have a strong preference to house sit instead of boarding. But, so super short stays I can accommodate if the dogs are friendly and medium to low energy.

I work from home as a graphic designer, so my schedule is really flexible, which also means that I can be attentive to your dog more so than others who may have a normal work schedule. About: I’ve been caring for dogs for the past 3 years and absolutely love spending time with them. A family member owns a farm, and when their dog had puppies, I helped care for the litter and learned how important patience, love, and attention are. I treat every dog like my own and always make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. As a college student, I have free gaps between classes that allow me to provide reliable pet care, walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I follow each pet’s routine carefully, provide food and water, give plenty of attention, ensure safety, and keep their environment clean and comfortable for the pets and owners.

About: I've grown up with big dogs and am now a dog and cat mom. Before my dog I boarded friends' dogs with me, watching them while they were away. My big dog is from the shelter and is fearful, so I have experience with shy shelter dogs, training, and managing their triggers. I also walk others' dogs. My schedule is flexible and is different depending on the day of the week. Communication is key , but I will try to make things work. At clients' homes I will follow their instructions and communicate any questions. I make sure the doors are locked when I leave, and try to be careful entering so animals don't potentially run away. Depending on instructions or pet temperaments, I will observe and work with them for enrichment and socialization needs. I make sure there is enough water in the bowls and feed as needed. For cats, I clean the litterboxes. They will not be in my home since I have pets.
