About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life, beginning with my childhood growing up on a farm. That early, hands-on exposure taught me the fundamentals of animal care, daily routines, and how to read animal behavior. This transitioned into professional work as a dog trainer at Happy Hound play and daycare in Oakland where I trained and cared for dogs both at the center and on park walks and in home visits. I am able to confidently handle pets of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels from puppies needing structure and basic obedience to older dogs requiring a gentle, patient approach. I have a background in housing and caring for animals. I currently share my home with my own pet, Baloo and my housemates pet Bentley my living space is always dog-friendly. I know exactly what it takes to create a safe, enriching, and comforting environment for visiting animals. I can give owners peace of mind while they are away! I am currently working part-time and have lots of flexibility to work around schedules and to setup routines! I also have transportation to travel. I have a fully fenced in yard with two fur babies to keep your doggos safe and entertained! They can lounge outside in the sun or inside.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. I have two large dogs of my own, including a 115-pound pup, and I’ve worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, personalities, and energy levels. My experience ranges from fostering young puppies and small 15-pound dogs to caring for huge, strong, stubborn, nervous, high-energy, and senior dogs who need extra patience. I’ve been consistently walking dogs for the past five years and also have years of experience with pet sitting and house sitting. I volunteered at an animal shelter for years, fostered many dogs, and ran an animal welfare club throughout high school. I understand that every dog has their own routine, boundaries, and quirks. I take the time to learn what makes each dog feel safe and comfortable, follow instructions carefully, and adjust each walk to their needs, whether that means a fast-paced outing, a slow senior stroll, extra structure, or a calm and patient approach. My goal is to give owners complete peace of mind and treat every dog with the same attention, care, and affection I give my own. Since I'm home for the summer from school and working a City of Berkeley job with flexible hours, my days are largely spent with my own two big dogs at home. This means I'm readily available to give your pets all the attention and care they need throughout the day. Your dog's comfort and safety are my number one passion, and I'll care for them as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and happy while you're away. I'll also make sure your home is kept secure, neat, and well-maintained during my time there.

About: I’m an animal lover and current graduate student at UC Berkeley! I’ve had a dog in the past who I took care of through his elder years and am familiar with the importance of consistent meal times,! administering medication orally, or any other special instructions for your pets. I have also pet sat for friends (both dogs and cats) for weeks at a time and can build bonds with your pets so that they have the most comfortable time under my care. I can provide regular photo and video updates and prioritize providing an stress-free and smooth time for your pets! *For dog/house sitting, my availabilities are mainly Fri-Sun.
