He came through in a pinch with my last minute request, even stopping by for a run through before my trip to meet the animals. He asked lots of questions and was attentive to all their needs (medications, sensitivities, personality quirks of each pet), which made me feel really assured that the babies would be well cared for. He sent updates and pics of my pets while I was away to keep me informed. I was nervous about my dog’s high needs with frequent medications and her anxiousness with new people, but Kaumron was gentle with her and really listened and followed through with how to work with her needs. It was an overall wonderful first time pet sitting experience for my highly sensitive dog (and me!)”
