Hollie is wonderful! On her first time sitting for us she walked in to a bit of a mess. My pup had a poop accident. Hollie quickly helped clean up L. She cleaned my pups behind up and even with such an intimate introduction he adapted to her quickly. Hollie is also a great communicator and kept me informed on how everything was going. I highly recommend her and will absolutely be asking her to sit for us again!
10/10 -- I knew we were in good hands on the first meet! Zaina has her own tuxedo cat so she instantly had great rapport with Sky. It was my first trip away in a long time, but Zaina was communicative and sent me enough pictures that I didn't have to worry. I would absolutely work with her again. We are so grateful for Michaela and her level of care for our pupper Estrella/Esti while we were traveling! This was our first time using Rover, in the past we had been having our dog stay at local boarding facilities with mixed results. She is more sensitive, prefers to be at home, and appreciates individualized care. Michaela was professional throughout the process, and very responsive to our check-ins while we were traveling, and sent several photos of Esti looking comfortable and happy in her routine, which helped put us at ease. Finally, she gets an extra gold star for calmly dealing with our dog's unfortunate GI issues. We will definitely be booking with her again when we plan our next trip!
Alex was incredible. We came hope to happy dogs and a home cleaner than we left it. I felt at ease with my pups in Alex's care. Alex took them on adventures to their favorite parks and was very communicative, asking questions when needed and giving daily updates on the dogs activities. I highly recommend!
Sophia did a great job caring for our dog and cat while we were out of town for a couple nights. We appreciated her proactive and thorough communication and the updates she sent! She bonded quickly with our dog who is not always great with new people. She also gave a lot of tlc to our cat. Our house was spotless when we got home which was so nice to return to! Alyna supported our family by coming in and staying with our two cats who are very different and have different needs for a week. She was very attentive to Fitz and Gretchen and gave them lots of attention, treats, and toys. The house looked great when we came home and the kitties were very healthy and nicely combed. While we were gone, Alyna sent us photos of the cats everyday. It was a pleasure working with Alyna and we look forward to working with her again.
Josie is fabulous! She went above and beyond to care for our dog this week, picking him up at his doggie daycare and adding an extra day of care when we were stuck in Mexico on our return travels.
