About: Animals have always been a very important part of my life. Growing up, my mother operated a small pet rescue and animal shelter organization in Asia, and from a very young age I helped care for rescued dogs, cats, and abandoned animals alongside her. Walks, hikes, trips to Berkeley Marina, feeding, play, medications and lots of cuddling. Enclosed yard, single story single family home, no kids, non-smoking house, furniture and carpets all dog friendly, nice residential area in Berkeley. Access to outdoors all day.

I have years of experience doing walks, play, feeding, bathing, clean-up and more. I have experience with excitable breeds like a neighbor's golden doodle to my family's mellowed-out portugese water doggies, along with senior care. I see animal care as a privilege. Our pets are no less than little bundles of feelings and life that we are given the opportunity to cherish. I have been told on multiple occasions that I am able to calm animals unusually quickly, and I feel that I am attuned to the emotions of animals I care for. I would love to opportunity to provide care to your pet! I work from home in a low-speed position, so I have a flexible schedule for your pets' needs. Normally, I would do a morning and afternoon walk, with potty breaks peppered whenever they need. I can also step away from my work at a moment's notice if anything arises, from entertaining a bored doggie to foiling attempted counter surfing! I have a paved yard for sunbathing and potty breaks, the door to which I work right next to. I live near Lake Merritt, the Morcom Rose Garden, and a dog park, so I can provide walks of all lengths. My home is very cozy and has multiple spaces where an animal can detox from any overstimulation. I can provide a dog crate, scheduled meals, supervision, and play.
