About: Hello! I have had dogs since I was young, specifically hounds. My family dog was a Beagle growing up and I am now the proud dog mom of a 9 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound. I love dogs of all sizes and truly enjoy spending time with them and taking care of their needs. Especially walks and playtime! I work four days a week in healthcare as a Travel Physical Therapist so I am currently available on weekends and Mondays for drop in visits and dog walks! About: I am the go to “dog auntie” for my friends and family and am always the first to volunteer to care for friends and families pets. I grew up with dogs for my whole life and truly love spending time with them. I have had experience dog sitting, fostering, walking and doing dog check ins with various types of dogs (from puppies to seniors and small(Chihuahua) to big(German Shepard)). About: 6 years ago I adopted my dog, a 6 year old Jindo straight from the shelters in Korea. The process required a lot of patience care and learning. Years later I fostered a puppy for a local rescue organization, a much more easygoing and happy dog, but he came with the puppy experience. He had to be potty trained , crate trained, and taught how to walk with other dogs. It has shown me that each dog has a unique personality that needs to be tend to. I am currently working part time and have a flexible schedule making it convenient and easy to attend to pets for walks group hikes or check ins. Dogs in my care will be supervised, allowed structured playtime, and go on regular outings and adventures. I am able to work with you the owner to get a grasp of what your dog needs and to make sure they are well taken care of . Options include Group hikes Solo walks Or drop ins or house siting

About: Whether it’s venturing local trails, playing at the beach, or walking around the neighborhood - Exploring the outdoors is better with dogs! I have experience administering medication for special needs & senior pups. I have two senior dogs who get lots of care and attention everyday. I currently work very part time and take evening classes during the week, so I have lots of time for walks and excursions during the weekday & on weekends. Don’t tell the other species, but I have a special connection with and fondness for felines. (When I was an infant, Isadora the Siamese spooned me while I slept in my cradle. So, I consider myself part kitten.) Cats are my first crush, but sadly, my doggos (senior chihuahuas with attitude) are not cat fans, so I’m seeking out other folks’ kitties to give some affection to. (BTW: My partner volunteers at Oakland Animal Services and fosters unhoused dogs, and most recently, bunnies! -- so, we are an animal rescue family.) I'm versed in pill giving, administering subcutaneous injections (insulin, etc), giving fluids; I also adore all my elder or special needs kittenz. I am highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented. I am COVID vaccinated. I provide photo updates, so you can relax and refuel! Another fun fact: Cat Sitting is a full time thing for me; I'm no fly-by-night operation, and I love what I do! I'm available weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. I live near Piedmont Avenue, with easy access to the surrounding neighborhoods. I prefer local, so I can walk, but I do have a vehicle and take my kitty-care most anywhere.
