About: I've been taking care of pups and kitties since I was about 8 yrs old! I've learned how to identify triggers and/or warning signs with this experience. Hello ☺️ I just moved to the Bay Area and I'm a pawrent to one pup and two kitties! I just got my degree in Video Production/Film and will be freelancing when I can, which means my schedule is very open!! My current availability for drop-in visits and pup walking is Monday- Sunday 6am-10pm, unless it's a blocked out date. I would prefer to have a meet & greet before any booking. This helps me understand how to properly care for each pet. I always want to make sure that each furry friend, fur parent, and myself feels comfortable before hand. Whenever I drop in to visit, I make sure to do what ever is asked in regards to caring for your furry babies! Potty breaks. Making sure they are fed. Cuddle sessions! And of course making sure that I leave everything how it was before I arrived.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs. I was taught to care for them with kindness and patience. I was taught how to bottle feed, clean litter boxes, make sure bowls are clean and play with all pets to make sure they get the attention they deserve I’m available weekends starting Thursday for home drop ins or walks. Thursdays and Friday after 5:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday all day work best for home drop ins and walks I have a fenced yards with a large backyard. About: Experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. I grew up with two pitbulls from puppyhood to old age, and I currently have a 10 year old chihuahua mix. I worked full time in animal care for 3 years. I'm currently an in-home healthcare provider for children with special needs, so I am very familiar with the power of kindness, patience, and play for animals and people alike. I typically start my workday around 2 pm, yet I have trouble sleeping in and will be out walking my dog around 7 am. My free time in the mornings allows for walks, training, and snuggles to be part of my daily routine. I am someone who likes having structure to follow and will respect procedures and expectations. Personally, my dog is crate trained and he will make sure that I tuck him in at the correct time every night, and I make sure he doesn't go places where he isn't allowed.

About: I love dogs so much and I know that may sound generic but dogs are so pure and lovable. My love of dogs started with a dog sitting gig that sparked this love and lead me to be a pup parent to Colonel Peanut who passed in 2020. He was a three legged trip that was my ride pr die for 8 years. Since his passing I have leaned into dog walking and dog sitting for others while the grief moves in waves. Point Isabel is one of my favorite places if your pup is an off leasher! Otherwise I love neighborhood walks where we can explore and smell and admire the flowers and discover birds of your area. I have experience with basic training, administering meds, and observing your pup to see what they are telling me they need. I work from home and can be somewhat of a house cat myself if I'm not out for walks with pepperonis. I have a very flexible schedule to fit your pet's needs. I can accommodate last minute booking so please don’t hesitate to reach out. I know what it’s like to be a pet parent so I will treat your pet and home as my own. I will make sure to check all the boxes like refilling water, feedings, sharing snacks and giving medications, or cleaning/refreshing the litter box for kitties.

About: Hiya, I'm Peter! I've cared for dogs for as long as I can remember, and have since provided countless hours of pet-care of friends, family, friends of the family, and families of friends! I have years of experience doing walks, play, feeding, bathing, clean-up and more. I have experience with excitable breeds like a neighbor's golden doodle to my family's mellowed-out portugese water doggies, along with senior care. I see animal care as a privilege. Our pets are no less than little bundles of feelings and life that we are given the opportunity to cherish. I have been told on multiple occasions that I am able to calm animals unusually quickly, and I feel that I am attuned to the emotions of animals I care for. I would love to opportunity to provide care to your pet! I work from home in a low-speed position, so I have a flexible schedule for your pets' needs. Normally, I would do a morning and afternoon walk, with potty breaks peppered whenever they need. I can also step away from my work at a moment's notice if anything arises, from entertaining a bored doggie to foiling attempted counter surfing! I have a paved yard for sunbathing and potty breaks, the door to which I work right next to. I live near Lake Merritt, the Morcom Rose Garden, and a dog park, so I can provide walks of all lengths. My home is very cozy and has multiple spaces where an animal can detox from any overstimulation. I can provide a dog crate, scheduled meals, supervision, and play.

About: I've always loved dogs and enjoy spending time with them, whether that's going for walks, playing, or just keeping them company. I know every dog has a different personality and routine, so I take the time to make sure they're comfortable and cared for the way they're used to. I work from home three times a week which gives me more time to care for pups. This is something that allows me more flexibility with care needs. I do not have any other pets in the home which allows your pet to have all my attention, therefore meeting whatever need they may have.

With her special diet, supplements, and medications, Bridget taught me what it meant to truly care for a soul who’d been through so much. I'm a huge advocate for providing pets with a great quality of life - more than just basic food and shelter. I'm happy to do any small extraneous tasks like getting the mail, watering plants, etc. Just let me know in advance! For my cat parents out there: Because of my 3 kids (Kina, Nemr, & Freyja) and a short stint fostering, I'm seasoned in all things cat/kitten: socializing, changing litter, oral admin of meds, treating fleas, bathing, nail trimming, de-shedding, training (sit, high-five, stand, turn-around, kiss). Since I’m a full-time student, my Rover calendar is updated to work with my in-person class and clinic shifts. That said, many families are comfortable having my partner, Ian, join when he’s available—which allows for a little more flexibility with scheduling. It’s a wonderful setup because Ian works from home (and is basically a dog at heart!), so your pets will almost always have company and care. Rest assured, it will only be me caring for your pets unless we’ve discussed and agreed otherwise. I’m also happy to bring Ian to our meet & greet and provide references upon request! I am responsible for creating a safe space for pets in their home. I make sure that they are comfortable and their boundaries are respected and understood with the guidance of their body language and the wisdom from their humans. About: My family’s had 2 Havanese dogs a little over 3 years now and I take care of them regularly when they go out for the night or leave town. In addition I occasionally sit for family friends who have a Yorkie and used to watch a neighbor’s cat when she was still with us. Most animals find me agreeable and I try to be consistent and loving with any younger ones so that they’re shaped into the best possible pets. I’ve recently left my long-term job to focus on watching/walking pets. I do some gig work to make ends meet but my main passion right now is animal care. I have a spacious loft apartment in Chinatown Oakland in a very safe neighborhood just a few minutes walk from Lake Merritt. Crating (with one provided for me) in the apartment is an option as well as my sectional couch or rug depending on your animal’s preferences.
